Have consulted with pacific heat treating on aiding our assembly line. We run a heat treating process in our assembly line and have had issues with our set up and have consulted with PHT on how to ensure consistency in our oven. They are very knowledgable when it comes to this service as one would imagine. For example they sent employees to our facility to assess our system and ran their own tests and were able to rectify our issues we were having with consistency of heat treating evenly throughout our oven. The company has a very bright group of individuals, pricing is very fair, and service is quick with a finalized report at the end. We will continues to use their expertise as an as needed basis.

We were directed to Pacific Heat Treating by one of our suppliers. These guys are amazing. They're a small business but do work of a large company. They do not just partner up with everyone, they make everyone feel like they are apart of their own family. We work in consumer products and design items for every day use. We wanted to try out heat treatments on one of our products to see if we can make it more durable. Pacific Heat Treating is amazing, every piece we send in comes back with exactly what we wanted with high quality and exceptional detail. Great great great business to be apart .

I use Pacific Heat Treat from time to time for some of my tooling use for R&D and production. Great service and quick turn around time. Also It's local then I can drop parts and pickup the next day.

I have used Pacific many times - mostly to harden forming dies and anneal stainless steel tubing. The service has been good and timely. I usually drop my items off at the end of one day, and pick the parts up the next morning.
