Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent product range and availability. What more can you ask for? they are, and have been leading the industry in temperature monitoring and control for as long as I can remember - this doesn't happen by accident.

Strengths: I've been working for the same company for 23 years now, and I have yet to see any other company's name on ANY of our temperature measuring equipment. They are the best for a reason.

Needs to improve: none at all

Our number one source for scientific equipment and supplies for a number of years. I've personally not really had the need to shop anywhere else for these types of products in the last 20 plus years I've been in the industry. Their customer service and knowledge of the products is second to none.

Strengths: Excellent customer service and availability of products. This is our number one source for scientific related products and lab equipment. Their prices can be higher than some at times but overall they're an excellent source.

Needs to improve: can't think of any. we've never really had a problem using them in the past

Overall mostly satisfied but the customer service area can be better. Good quality in their workmanship. We have used them in the past and will continue to do so based on what we've experienced thus far.

Strengths: We've worked with this company in the past on several projects. They do quality work but can be slow at times with missed dates on their part. Having said that, they're still a viable vendor with multiple services available, and the parts you get from them will be within specifications.

Needs to improve: Slow delivery times

This is my personal favorite machining company (and we have access to many), because I have developed several relationships with management as well as their tool makers. They always try to accommodate and the quality of their work is top notch. Wolfgang (the manager) is easy to talk to and always available.

Strengths: These guys have tool makers on staff that have a wealth of experience. You can always come to them with a difficult task and you can bet they'll get it done in a timely fashion and at competitive prices. It helps to have them located a few miles from our company because I can just stop by and talk directly with the manager to make sure there are no misunderstandings as far as requirements.

Needs to improve: can sometimes take long to get your work done, but it depends on how much workload they have at hand so is not really their fault.

Their level of expertise in this field was far superior to other we tried. They met all our requirements and the quality of the parts was very high. Their turn around time was very adequate given the complexity of our requirements.

Strengths: We tried several companies to source a micro machined part for our project and it was this company that was far superior to the others. Their customer service is excellent and their expertise in the field is outstanding.

Needs to improve: we did not run into any real weaknesses during our project. They were very helpful along the way.

Excellent customer service. Overall very happy with their service.

Strengths: This is the ONLY company we use to ship anything around the world. We rarely have an issue and they ship in a timely manner.

Needs to improve: none

Been using their ultrasonic cleaners for over 20 years. We have and have had several different models and I've only had one break down. As a matter of fact, Branson cleaners are the only cleaners we've ever used in our company.

Strengths: This company has been around for a long time. Their products are solid and seemingly last a lifetime.

Overall a solid company with a long term record of medical device manufacturing. However, they can be very difficult to deal with at times and this can lead customers to look elsewhere.

Strengths: Solid company with plenty of experience in medical device manufacturing.

Needs to improve: Be extremely cautious of what is in the contract (think well ahead), they will nickle and dime you to a point of dissatisfaction.

Great company, great customer service. Always willing to work with the customer to meet their demands.

Strengths: We've used them in the past for several projects. They have a lot of expertise in this field. If they can't do it, chances are others will not be able to either.

Needs to improve: turn around time can sometimes be long depending on workload.

Easy to purchase from with competitive prices and availability.

Strengths: This is our go to company whenever we need to mock up a working prototype in order to assess feasibility. Nothing beats having an actual brick and mortar store you can go to as soon as an idea needs testing.

Needs to improve: not all electronic parts are available on the spot. Some have to be ordered.
