They have very nice and good quality electrical connectors. There are other companies that make very similar style connectors, but Lemo has the better quality. They have many options on pin count and color, which is convenient. They have models that are compatible for medical device use and can be sterilized.

Have used their tensile testing equipment to test strength of adhesive bonds. They get the job done for straightforward tensile testing. They're machines don't offer as many easy to use features for programing a custom test sequence like Instrons. They also lack a bit of quality as compared to other machines available.

Often order tweezers from them for handling small components. They have a good selection of various tweezers and cutters. They have good customer service and good turnaround.

Have ordered some of their valves for tubing sets. They have a good selection of valves, and carry certain valves that other suppliers such as qosina or Merritt doesn't carry. I was did appointed in the quality of their valves though.

Have used they're components for packaging catheters and guidewires. They have a large selection of off the shelf parts to piece together a dispenser coil. They're very friendly and pleasure to work with. Didn't have much luck having them custom make a clip, better off designing yourself and send to a molding house.

Have used many of their wrenches and socket sets. Very high quality and reliable. Have some of their tools for years and they keep working great. Also own some cheaper brands and they don't compare in quality. A little expensive, but well worth it for a tool you plan to use regularly.

They are very good at compounding custom formulations of raw pellets for injection molding or extruding. They can color and provide extra additives for making plastics more radiopaque. Their minimum quantities for ordering are large, so don't use them if you're looking to get a small order in to try a plastic out for prototyping.

Used them to make a custom electrical contact. They offered some design advice on my parts and material selection. They shipped me parts fairly quickly but forgot to send me a sales acnkowledgent so I had to follow up to see if my order had been received. I was very satisfied withe The small stamped and shaped parts they made for me.

Used one of their winders for creating a wound coil for catheter reinforcement. They are good machines but run on old operating systems. They also have very long lead times so plan for several months. They have been around for a long time so they have much experience.

Have user their high magnification video measurement systems. They are easy to use and have clear optics. The measurement tools included in the software are very useful. They allow you to make linear and circular measurements.

I have used several of their caliper micrometers. They are very convenient to use. They are portable, so I carry it around from the lab to the machine shop. They are also versitile and can be used to measure thicknesses of several different materials.

Have used an hour instron tensile tester at every company I have worked at. They're machines are easy to use and accurate. I really prefer theyr blue hill software over others available. It is simple to customize and program.

They carry similar products to qosina but perhaps a little better quality. If you ask for a free sample kit, they'll send you a whole box with a nice selection of their popular components.

Similar to McMaster Carr but not as good. There are certain tools they carry that McMaster doesn't carry. I found specific drill bits in Grainger that I couldn't find elsewhere.

The carry hypotube in most standard gage sizes. I ordered from them a while ago and they didn't have some of the post processing services some of the other suppliers have.

Have ordered bioabsorbable thread from them. They are very knowledgeable in this field. They custom Tailor to your needs.

Strengths: Expertise in bioabsorbable extrusions and small diameters for sutures or other applications.

Needs to improve: Highly specialized with narrow offerings .

They have good coiling technology that imparts very desirable properties for force or torque transmission. Communicating with their engineering team is a challenge since they are based out of Japan.

Strengths: Can make highly custom coils.

Needs to improve: They're engineering is in Japan, so technical communication is an issue.
