For a period of 14 months I contracted with Plastics SRT for acquisition of raw materials for our company. We were interested in manufacturing a few prototypes in which we needed medical grade plastics of various compositions and Plastics SRT was a great source. Their prices were reasonable but they had a wide selection and quick turn times. The quality of their raw materials was also always very good. We never had an issue with any contaminants being present and degrading the quality of our final product. I would highly recommend Plastics SRT for raw material needs.

Connecticut plastics has been a great partner for just over a year now. We were in need of custom plastic connectors as our metal fittings were causing unexpected issues in our products. These connectors also had to adhere to certain regulatory specifications and we thought we were in trouble before we met with CPI. They were great at working with us and our need as well as helping us keep costs down. Their customer service has been great and the quality of their work has been very high. I would highly recommend working with them for any custom plastic needs.

We've worked with them for a few months now, so my experience has been from initial partnership to initial impressions. So far I've been very happy with the results Brookdale has been able to provide. We gave them specifications on a packaging request we had and they were able to deliver based on our requirements and their estimate on turn time. They were very good at asking questions to make sure they understood exactly what we needed and they actually made some recommendations we hadn't thought about. Overall it's been a good experience and we will continue to use them.

Elkay has become our preferred partner for sourcing packaging material for use in a few of our product lines. They quality and variety of their offerings sets them apart from their competition. They are able to provide us with the wide range that we require at a reasonable price. Being close to our facilities also make the relationship very convenient as we are able to get quick delivery when the occasion arises. Overall their service has been great. They have been very attentive to our needs and are always willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Elkay plastics.

We've been working with Mr Plastics Inc for about 2 year now. We originally reached out to them to inquire about their 3D printing services, but we discovered they had many other services. We've since been contracting them for their fabrication capabilities to develop many of our custom enclosures. Customer service has been great with them as they keep us up to date on all of our requests and are always available to answer any questions. Quality is also pretty high and we hardly ever have issues. When we do they are quick to address them. Overall I would recommend Mr Plastics to others.

I've used Sterilight products in the past. Many customers prefer to have a source of sterilization for all water coming into their home. There are some that also don't want to have chemically treated water. This is where Strilight Inc shines. With their UV sterilization products you are able to provide safe water while not using chemicals. Overall working with Sterilight is a straigh forward process. They work with you to make sure you have the right product for the use. Cost can be a little higher than using other methods, but the products itself is very high quality. Shipping of their products is fast and installation will depend on the location. Overall, my experience was great while working with them.

There is not much to say about Terminix. They are a big corporation that is widely known. We've contracted with them ever since we opened our offices. In general, they have kept consistent schedules and been very professional when performing their services. We have never had any issues with pests so therefore I would say they are performing as promised. There have been a few situations where we have asked them to use different type of chemicals due to the type of environment they were going to work in and they have been great at accommodating us. Price is a bit higher than some of the smaller shops, but I believe this is one of those, get what you pay for situations. Overall top marks for Terminix.

We've kept FastResponse on service for some time now in order to perform any testing for our site contractors and in case any emergency arises. They came recommended from a colleague and so far they have been a pleasure to work with. They are always very professional and have not had any issues thus far. Overall they have pretty quick turn times on testing which is nice. Thumbs up to FastResponse.

We contract with Garlock Sealing Technologies for our consumer products that are produced on the east coast. We have a few product lines that must be sealed though delivery and we contract Garlock for their sealed packaging products. So far we have had a great experience as their packages are very high quality. Ordering is easy and they have quick delivery. Overall thumbs up to Garlock.

Solidworks has been a great partner to help take our business to the next level. With their products and offerings, Solidworks has helped us focus on research and design and not fumbling around with CAD to get the design made. Not only is the design intuitive and easy to learn, it has many benefits such as being able to print directly to a 3D printer. It is things like this that makes our work more efficient and helps us compete with the big boys. Service at Solidworks is great, they are always willing to help when questions arise. The products can be a bit expensive, but the quality and time saving make up for it. Overall great company to partner with.

We've been using Bestronics for some time now. We source them for their reliability testing services. Quality is very important to us and therefore we invest heavily in making sure that our products will not fail for our consumers. Bestronics helps us with one step of this process by performing reliability testing. Their attention to quality is similar to ours and therefore our goals as companies match up. Being local to the valley it also makes it very convenient partnership as they have all their facilities close to our locations. Overall it has been great working with Bestronics and would highly recommend them to others.

Aven has been a good supplier of microscopes for us. There are many companies to source microscopes from, but when we were looking to transition our products to something we could connect directly to computers Aven Inc came up as a company to consider. We ended up sourcing some of their direct to computer though USB microscopes. There have been fabulous to use and an ease to learn. The research team has found that it makes their jobs much easier and lets them focus more of their time on actual research. AVen Inc has a wide selection and their service department is great at answering questions about their products when their arise. Overall great company to work with.

We originally were looking for a company that could supply us with packaging material to protect out products during shipping. We didn't think that we needed any custom products, but during our search we came across Caplugs. In looking at their wide selection there were a few items that we thought could work, but were afraid of the cost. To our surprise many of their products were very reasonable and we were able to create custom netting that fit perfectly to out products and helped reduce incidences of customer unsatisfactory due to damage because of delivery. The money we saved more than made up for the cost of a custom design. Another plus was that because it was custom we were able to design something that looked professional and did not distract from the final product. Overall thumbs up to Caplugs.

Alpha Packaging has been our go to packaging supplier for our northers offices. Having a dependable supplier in their area has helped us tremendously reduce costs and create better customer service. As stated, Alpha has been a very dependable partner with a wide selection of quality products for us to choose from. Overall they have delivered as promised and at reasonable prices. We will continue to use Alpha packaging and would recommend others look into them for their great service.

We've been contracting with Kardex Systems now for a few months. So far we've sources envelope folding and packing machines from them. We do a high volume of correspondence and found ourselves falling behind doing everything by hand. We reached out to Kardex and they were able to present us with various solutions to our problems. through the whole process they were very professional. Our experience with their service department has been pretty good as they are always available to answer questions. Overall I would give them thumbs up.

Powerstride Battery is a great one stop shop for our battery needs. One of our product lines needs a back up battery in case the main power source fails and we are able to source all of our needs from Powerstride. The ease of ordering and their quick delivery makes them an ideal partner for us as we rely on this kind of dependability in our partners. Their prices aren't the best, but it's those other qualities that I mentioned that keep us coming back. The quality of their products is also very high, which gives us confidence that we wont have issues using them in our products. Overall very happy with our partnership.

We've been sourcing our air filters from this company since we opened our new facilities. We were interested in a one stop shop and they were able to meet that need with their wide selection and great prices. We've used them regularly not only to source filters but also to ask questions when we are considering how to best create suitable clean rooms for our facilities. Overall they are a great group of guys to work with.

We've been using True Blue Transportation for our east coast delivery needs for the better part of 2 years now. Their service I would say has been good. They are for the most part on schedule unless there is circumstances such as weather that throws a wrench into the schedule. Their handling of our products is very good as we haven't had complaints about products being damaged due to delivery. Price is in line with competitors. Overall I would say good service.

We've been contracting with Kirkhart's Microscope Repair for some time now. Most of our business with them is more on the maintenance said. We have older equipment still around from when the company first started. Though it's old, it by no means it's ready to be replaced. It does mean though that we need to make sure that everything is working properly and this is where Kirkhart's comes in. They care great at making sure that our equipment is in tip top shape by checking calibrations and fixing all the little things that can break. Overall their service is great as sometimes it seems that they work better when the equipment comes back than some of our newer equipment. Price is in line with competitors, but the service is great. Would highly recommend them to others.

We've been using Cumberland Graphics for their printing services to decorate our multiple offices. Overall I would say that have done a great job. The ordering process is easy as their site is easy to navigate and you can even upload your own image. Price is another area Cumberland excels in. They have many different formats and printing capabilities and they all seem to com in lower than their competitors. As mentioned in other reviews, they do have an issue with color consistency. This is only noticeable if you order the same print on different occasions and only really becomes an issue if you're going to put the images side by side. This isn't a big issue for us as whenever we duplicate images it's usually to place in another office. Overall good company to work with. Thumbs up to Cumberland Graphics.
