We've ordered data cable from Anixter. Their technical staff was very instrumental in helping us select the proper cable for our needs. There was no attempt to oversell their products. They actually recommended a data cable that was cheaper than the one we had originally planned to order. It suited our needs perfectly. Highly recommended.

We've ordered tabletop sterilizers from Andersen. They have a large product offering and can ship relatively fast on in stock items. Customer service is help when placing orders. They can offer alternatives to keep within you budget. Ordering is quick and easy.

Providien does good work and has many capabilities. They do some of our sterile barrier packaging and have always delivered on time. The staff is very accommodating and keeps us well informed on the status of the build. They communicate well and are very responsive.

We've used Pentagon to source various products. They rep for many manufacturers and are able to find the right mfr for your particular need. Very responsive and communicates very well. Good middleman when working with manufacturers when issues arise.

Concord provides an environmental way to recycle industrial waste. Customer service oriented and very accommodating. We needed to have material hauled away, we contacted Concord and they were able to come and pick up the material on short notice. Very friendly and reliable.

We used MPC for secondary processing on tubing and other medical device based products. They do a decent job but nothing really special. They have had issues with meeting specs and lot to lot consistency is lacking. Customer service is okay but a lot of back and forth is needed to make sure your orders are done right. There are better options out there.

Excellent abrasive blasting capabilities. Relucent provides stent based surface treatment services that are very consistent. well experienced staff offers alternatives that help in cost reductions. Customer service is responsive and helpful. Products are delivered on time and meet our specifications.

We use Absolute for their Wire and Sinker EDM capabilities. They have solid capabilities and put out a good product. Very reliable and service oriented. They go out of their way to get the job done and to make things right. Recently they delivered a week late but more than made up for their error by expediting our other jobs at no cost. Very happy with their services.

We have used Steeger braiders for many of our devices. We currently use a mchine that has been around for decades. Occasionally we need to have parts serviced and Steeger has always come through. Our machine is decades old so it is nice to know that they continue to stand behind their product by offering technical support. They provide quick quotations and ship very fast. Customer service is always helpful.

We use Elcon for their metal etching processes on stent based medical devices. They have many years of experience and provide cost effective suggestions to help save on cost. Their well experienced staff are experts at what they do. Customer service communicates well throughout the whole process to keep the customer well informed. On time delivery is a huge plus to keep your project on track.

Quanta has done testing for our Research group. They have provided detailed reports that can stand up to notified body audits. They are quick to respond to inquiries and are very helpful. We had an auditor question an item in a report so we contacted Quanta. They came through for us and clarified an item in the report which satisfied the auditor. Highly recommended

Have used D Schnur for at least 8 years now. Our Rep R. Bley is pretty good at finding vendors that suit our needs. He has a good working knowledge of the medical device industry and communicates well. He keeps in touch with the customers and is a good middleman when our vendors are slow to respond.

We used Hantel for some assembly work. They do offer many services but we had some issues with the product that we received. Very inconsistent from lot to lot. Customer service was ok but did not seem to go out of their way to make sure that we were happy. Sales was very persuasive but in the end we moved on to another contract manufacturer.

Bay Area does our bar coding for us. They do a good job. Parts are high quality and meet our specifications. Customer service is responsive to our inquiries. We had to reject a lot of labels but Bay Area quickly worked with our quality group to resolve the issue.

We sub-contract our assembly work to Oncore. They do a fantastic job and offer competitive prices. They deliver on time and are extremely flexible. Their staff is very experienced and delivers high quality work. Customer service is extremely helpful and is very responsive.

Good company to deal with for translating your documents. We use them quite a bit to translate our IFUs. We need our instructions translated for many languages. They do good work and deliver on time. Highly recommended. Decent prices for a valuable service

Have had a mixed bag of services from Creganna (Campbell, CA). SOME jobs are done to perfection. What is troublesome is the lack of consistency from lot to lot. Customer service needs improving. Jobs are delivered as promised. Customer service is slow to respond to quality complaints. They do have various capabilities but the inconsistency is a bummer.

Thin Metal has always done a great job with our small part orders. Their chemical milling processes is able to hold tight tolerances. Customer service is very helpful. The technical staff offers recommendations to minimize lead times. Lot to lot consistency.

Always a pleasure when dealing with Cellotape. They offer high quality products and are always on top of things. They go above and beyond to get your order correct. The products are high quality and always meet our requirements. We sometimes get a bonus roll of labels from time to time. Very good service.
