They are an excellent substitute for the more expensive vision systems, but don't come with any inspection software. Better as a means to magnify if microscopes aren't ideal for the situation.
Strengths: Vision Systems
Needs to improve: Inspection Software
Cisco has good technical support, but they operate like a large company who has gotten too big for their own good.
Strengths: Telecommunication Conference Equipment

Costco is a great place to purchase office supplies since their prices are consistently cheaper than the competition (unless you catch Staples or Office Depot on some crazy deal). Plus, if there are issues, Costco will refund or replace with no questions asked.

You pay for the TI name, but they are durable and trusted.

MakerBot is a good tool to use when trying to figure out handheld designs. It's easy to feed in several designs in a day and get a good idea of how ergonomic the design will be. A neat alternative to paying a rapid prototyping company a few hundred for a run that you'll get in a week.
Strengths: Rapid Prototyping
Needs to improve: VERY crude prototypes
They are decent at pairing employees with potential companies, but their turnaround time for temp positions could be faster.
Strengths: Placement Agency

Aerotek has a lot of technical positions, but they cast a big net and don't always come off very personal.
Strengths: Placement Agency
Needs to improve: Follow-Up
I've found their positions to be more suited for non-technical positions.
Strengths: Placement Agency
Needs to improve: Minimal technical positions
Their equipment is more simple when compared to the MTS and Instron, so any complicated cycles will probably not be feasible on a Chatillon system, however, it is a great alternative when you need a simple system to perform tensile testing.
Strengths: Chatillon, Force Gauges, Mechanical Testers

Not only have I used their EFD kit for adhesive dispensers, but also for general prototyping purposes as well. Best part is it's free!

Cole-Parmer has exceeded my expectation when it comes to customer service and providing samples. I prefer them over Zeus whenever possible.

An easy tool to use and have handy in your tool box for punching holes through thin plastic or buffing the ends of cut tubes. Rather inexpensive for how convenient it is.
Strengths: Hand Tools, Rotary Tools

There's a line that separates designs that can be manufactured and those that can't. Tweezers draw that line and Excelta will make sure you're on the winning side of that line. They are costly, but so worth it. Buy them.
