Our experience with Epson America has been very positive. Epson printers are proven to be durable and definitely reliable. Their colors are quite vivid which is what our artists enjoy. Purchasing an epson printer is easy as they are widely available.

Strengths: Epson has been a trusted printer for our artists for several years now. Our company has purchased several Epson printers over the years. Their strengths include outstanding vivid colors, durability, and cost. Epson's colors have been trusted by our artists for many years now. Epson printers are also durable and long lasting. We've had very little problems with their printers. Lastly, the prices of Epson printers are highly competitive and their refill ink cartridges are relatively inexpensive.

Needs to improve: None at all!

Our experience with Google has been outstanding. Setup and configuration of a small company's documentation has been easy and fast. We have used their email system for years and will never leave it. We've never had any major issues with Google. They are absolutely THE BEST.

Strengths: Is there anything better? Google is everyone's favorite search engine, browser, group revision software, email, operating system, etc. When Google enters a specific industry, they dominate it and do it well. We use google for their cloud software and email systems. Both set ups were easy to use and we plan to never shy away from them.

Needs to improve: Google has no weaknesses.

Our experience with Oracle has been a pleasant one. Their software has been a lifesaver as we have tried several other document revision software. All others don't compare to the all mighty Oracle. Customer/Technical support is extremely strong and knowledgeable. If there was an issue or a question we may have had, they were quick to respond and assist us.

Strengths: Oracle is one of the biggest software companies in the world. We've utilized their document control software for some time now when releasing a product with an instruction manual. Their software is easy to maintain and support is one of it's best strengths.

Needs to improve: Price has to be mentioned when it comes to Oracle products. You will pay a premium when using this software.

Our experience with Solidworks has been excellent. Like I said earlier, their strength lies within their technical support team. They helped us immediately when a flaw in their software was exposed and prevented us from moving forward with one of our devices. This type of assistance cannot be measured and we are proud to have them as a vendor of ours.

Strengths: Solidworks is the leading 3D modeling software for medical devices. Their software is scalable and the options are endless. We have used Solidworks 3D CAD software for many years now for our medical devices. There was a time where we found a possible bug in their software, and their technical support team was on it immediately. They released a special version fix for us and helped correct the issue immediately so there was no stoppage in production.

Needs to improve: What may be a weakness to some may be good for others. The CAD software is quite complicated however those who know it, they use it well.

We have had a positive experience with Citrix. Starting with our account rep to the customer service, they are all top notch. We are pleased with their service and expertise. Their prices are generally very competitive and we hope they continue to stay that way. We consider Citrix a trustworthy vendor of ours.

Strengths: Citrix has managed to create one of the best video conference applications out there. We use go-to meeting for our meetings with salespeople in the field. It is easy to use and very reliable. Our clients who use this with us are impressed with all of it's features.

Needs to improve: None so far.

Our experience with Cisco Systems has been unbelievably positive. Our account representative was always attentive to our needs and provided accurate quotes for us. The products we purchased were delivered on time and packaged neatly and safely. Customer service was excellent when there was issues with any of our products. Technicians were able to remote into our systems and assist us with fixing the issue. We are grateful that we chose Cisco Systems.

Strengths: Cisco's strength is producing products that are much better than the others. We have a variety of Cisco products we purchase such as wireless routers, enterprise core switches, and their phone system. All of the products we use are highly recommended as they have proven to hardly ever fail. Cisco's support is also one of their biggest strengths as they are highly skilled and knowledgeable in their products.

Needs to improve: Price can be considerably higher than other competitors.

Our experience with Adobe has been fairly positive. Their website is easy to manage your users and products. If there are any issues, customer service is available to help. Adobe's new Creative Cloud pricing plan has been very beneficial for us. It has saved us time and money when dealing with licensing. Adobe's products are trusted in almost every industry and will continue to do so in many years to come.

Strengths: We use Adobe products in our place of business for photo editing and creation. Their products are an industry standard that most companies use. Adobe has a variety of applications that can be used for media creation. We their new pricing plan, we are able to save costs and purchase the Creative Cloud suite that encompasses all of the adobe products.

Needs to improve: None at all!

Our experience with McAfee has been a very positive one. Their software stood out amongst the rest and we are very pleased we chose them. Our account manager gave us some time to test the software in a test environment and we came away very pleased. The price for such enterprise software was very competitive.

Strengths: We use McAfee in our place of business for anti-virus protection. This client/server software has been extremely helpful and easy to use. We have over 500 clients with the McAfee client and it has been very helpful for our IT staff. McAfee reports in real time and submits reports to our department every day. McAfee's also helpful for removing malware and preventing malware from spreading onto systems.

Needs to improve: None to report.

Our experience with Microsoft has been a positive experience. Their products have been stable in our workplace and very rarely need any assistance from support. Microsoft's hardware such as the surface has been utilized mostly by our salespeople and they are extremely happy with the tablet. Overall, we will continue to use all Microsoft products as long as we have PC's.

Strengths: Our company can be considered a "Microsoft" shop. We utilize Microsoft products such as their operating systems, software applications such as office visual studio and visio, and hardware such as the Microsoft Surface. Microsoft operating systems are some of the most dependable operating systems out there. Sure there's OSX and Linux, but most people are going to know Windows and know how to use Office.

Needs to improve: Prices of Microsoft products will cost your company a pretty penny. Of course you pay a premium price for a premium product.

It's been a great experience using PayPal's service for our customers. Our customers trust the fact that PayPal uses highly encrypted software to keep their data safe. Customer service at Paypal is also well respected as they give you a honest opinion about your business. We hope to continue business with paypal for many more years.

Strengths: Our company has used Pay Pal services for many years now. Their service is easy to integrate within our web store front. If you are considering using a trusted service that's been in business for many years, use Paypal. Their brand is trusted amongst many major internet stores and more importantly, your customers.

Needs to improve: Paypal's fees may be the only downside to their service. Again, you pay for quality and a premium service.

Our experience with Mangar has been a positive one. Mangar has excellent customer service that is very helpful with our needs. Mangar has quality products for our medical manufacturing business and their products are delivered on time with professional packaging. We are very pleased with Mangar!

Strengths: Mangar has been a trusted vendor of ours for some time now. We have utilized their medical supplies packaging for our products for our vendors. Packaging such as medical pouches and envelopes are critical to the sterilized product we sell. Mangar products are trusted and can be relied upon for all medical manufacturers.

Needs to improve: None.

Uline has been a trusted vendor of our IT department for some time now. Our experience with them has been excellent and trustworthy. When we order thru customer service or online, the product is always delivered on time and shipped perfectly. Products were sealed and never damaged. Customer service has always been helpful and insightful.

Strengths: Uline is one of the best shipping supplies companies out there. They have wide variety of tapes, boxes, and misc. supplies that you need to send your product off. Their website and catalog is easy to navigate as you can practically find anything. Prices are excellent and competitive.

Needs to improve: None at all!

Our experience with Vista Print has been a positive one. Their service has been excellent and their product is always on point. We ask what we want, they deliver on time. Their prices are very competitive and customer service is helpful. If there was a problem with one of our orders, they handle that issue immediately and send the corrected product the next day. No questions asked.

Strengths: Vista Print has been a trusted vendor of ours for some time now. We have used their printing service for flyers and business cards and they have always come out perfect. Colors and paper stock is always what we wanted. Prices are unbelievable and ultra competitive.

Needs to improve: Absolutely nothing.

Tharco's products are excellent shipping boxes. Our experience and relationship with them has been excellent in all aspects. Their customer service is easy to work with and provide a great deal of knowledge when it comes to your product and what type of box it may need. They were very helpful and understanding with a limited budget. Prices are competitive and that is why we will stick with them!

Strengths: Tharco has been a trusted vendor of ours for several years now. Their boxes are made of the finest quality and provide great protection to our manufactured products. These boxes have never failed us and we like that. Shipping from them is fast and easy. Prices are competitive too!

Needs to improve: None. Very satisfied.

3M's products are some of the best products out there. The stand by their quality and excellence. Their website is simple and really easy to use. They offer a detailed explanation of every product and have a great return policy in case something doesn't work out. Thank you 3M!

Strengths: 3M has some of the best products out there. We've utilized their products for some time now. We use their tape and an assortment of their packing supplies. These products are reliable and trustworthy when shipping your product out.

Needs to improve: None whatsoever.

Gel-Pak's products are some of the best safety cases out there. We've been utilizing their boxes for several years now. Their customer service is excellent in determining your needs and offering sound advice. If there was one aspect they could improve upon is having more of a competitive price point.

Strengths: Gel-Pak offers a variety of boxes/cases for devices like optical lenses. These types of safety boxes are critical to the nature of the product. We've purchased several of these protective cases and they were excellent to transport.

Needs to improve: Prices can be a bit high at times.

DHL has proven to be a trusted vendor of ours delivering excellent service to our customers. They take care of our products in their trucks. Our products are easy to track and almost always arrive on time. If our customers are happy, so are we, and so is DHL. Customer service is top notch and are always helpful.

Strengths: We utilize DHL for large pallets of computer hardware. Their trucks are reliable and arrive on time to our customers. We have trusted DHL for several years now and have never had any problems with them. Prices with DHL are fair when compared to other vendors. Service is excellent and drivers are always so friendly.

Needs to improve: DHL prices can be fair but they can be more competitive.

Fedex offers a easy to use web interface when shipping a package. Their design is easy for newcomers who don't know their way around the machine. Customer service was excellent if our machine or computer encountered problems. They were able to assist us immediately and correct our problem.

Strengths: Fedex is a trusted vendor of ours for many years now. Their servicemen are always on time and arrive with a smile. They are willing to wait till we're done creating shipping labels for all our packages. On top of their excellent service, their prices are very competitive when compared to similar vendors. Tape, boxes and packing envelops are always provided.

Needs to improve: Can't think of any type of weakness.

We've had a great experience with TelRepCo customer service department. They offered sound advice without having us go over budget. They even gave us a "tester" laptop to see if we liked the portability and durability. I would highly recommend TelRepCo!

Strengths: TelRepCo offers some of the best tough notebooks out there on the planet. We've purchased a couple of these notebook computers for our field engineers and they have withstood the test of time. Customer service account representatives were very helpful in recommending them based on our field of work.

Needs to improve: Prices can be a bit high.

I've had a great experience with Apple Computers. Their products are wonderfully designed and executed with near perfection. If there was an issue with one of our computers, we were able to get it fixed in a timely manner utilizing our enterprise service contract.

Strengths: Apple Computers can be considered an innovative company. Their products are focused on thinking differently and durability. These products such as the macbook pro/retina, iphone, mac pro as examples of the products we purchase for our company. Customer service is well organized and service policy is great.

Needs to improve: If your computer is down, you have to set up an appointment before it can be serviced. These types of "appointments" can take up to a couple days if located in a busy city.
