There's a good array of solutions for a lot of fastening applications. The sales team is responsive and helpful with suggestions.

Strengths: Good size selection of hinges, latches, captive screws and fasteners.

Needs to improve: A bit on the expensive side for the hinges we were using on our chassis.

I've bought calipers, printer ink, printing ribbon, reams of paper, and specialty cleaning supplies for our company through Amazon.

Strengths: One of the largest selections of products on the planet. With Amazon Prime, you can get 2-day shipping on a lot of items, along with other benefits.

Needs to improve: Not all sources for products have reliable shipping.

I recommend using PMI for tool calibration. They're quick and they stay out of the way in our tight quarters. We will continue to use them.

Strengths: On-time calibration, personable staff, responsive service.

Needs to improve: We have used them quite a bit with no issue.

They seem to be very experienced in mold design as well as transitioning tools from other companies and making them work consistently. We have been using them for years, and plan to continue.

Strengths: Fine toolmakers here. They are great at tuning existing tools, as well as cutting new ones.

Needs to improve: We have had delivery issues in the past.

I've received unclean cars that once contained drugs in the glove compartment when I picked up my corporate car.

Strengths: I haven't noticed any.

Needs to improve: Available selection of vehicles is always limited on-site, regardless of location. Attendants are not customer friendly and have no time-sensitivity. The prices are about even with competition.

Great printers. Reliable.

Strengths: Great products for printing. We recently purchased one of their printers, which requires a lot of maintenance. But the customer service guy was great and answered all of our questions.

Needs to improve: None.

There is a huge range of activities they host, and many locations they serve. A large part of how good your company operates is how your employees feel amongst their peers.

Strengths: Team building! Challenges, sports, adventures. All to bring your company closer.

Reliable vendor. Intelligent staff.

Strengths: Huge name in testing electronics PCB. Thorough and diligent.

Needs to improve: I haven't noticed any.

On time delivery of catering. Food is good.

Strengths: Decent prices for a good selection of pizzas.

Needs to improve: I haven't found any.

Vendor meetings, lunch and learns, etc. Have them cater your event in the bay area.

Strengths: 4 Bay area locations. Vegetarian options, on-time delivery. Good pizza.

Needs to improve: None that I've found.

There are much better options for component selection.

Strengths: Electronics parts in a pinch.

Needs to improve: Not much for selection these days. They've refocused their efforts on slinging phones. Radio? No. Shack? Yes.

If you're looking for an O-scope, this is the place.

Strengths: Great Oscilloscopes here.

Strengths: Large selection of tools.

Not bad. Clean cars.

Needs to improve: Almost always has a long line, and a slow check-in process. Check-in on the phone is slow as well. Best to book company travel through the internet first, it'll save at least a bit of time.

Large selection of fingerstock. Adhesive-backed options as well.

Strengths: RFI, EMI Shielding, EMI Gaskets, Fingerstock.

Needs to improve: I haven't found any.

Xpedx is reliable, and competitively priced. Quality products.

Strengths: Shipping and packing supplies, custom packaging, printing

Needs to improve: I haven't found any.

There are a lot of other names in the game, but Rapid has been able to deliver on-time.

Strengths: Knowledgeable staff, great capabilities for packaging.

Needs to improve: None I've noticed

Their quality is getting better, and the product line is expanding over this past year.
