When we were looking for carriers for our business we researched and looked at all the various corporate options. Although the local carriers had better pricing, we sought someone with reliable coverage. We had to find a good balance between costs and coverage. Well that's what we thought, until we spoke to verizon's sales team. We told them of our needs and they offered a great option for us. Something we could not refuse and we could not have been happier. We are ecstatice with our choice and all our employees love it also, most of our employees have cancelled their personal phones and used the company phone as their own also, why not? They're way more reliable than anyone else.

We were looking to expand our 3d educational program and noticed that Solidworks offer training and software for educators. We looked into their software and currently debating on our next move. Our inquiries to Solidworks was met with the greatest of ease. Everything so far has been great. THey ah awesome communication and pricing. They even offered us a trial to see how things go along with other competitors software to help us decide. There was no pressure on their part, just straight class.

As someone who works with schools and other educators we find it important to get a product that lasts, its sturdy and durable and most of all inexpensive. I'm sure everyone's heard about Sterilite product and how it meets all those needs. What they haven't heard much of is their customer service. These guys rock, very accommodating to schools and educational needs of various groups. We enjoyed working with them and ordering from them. Great customer service.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Mission Plastics. Their level of expertise and customer service was top notch. Although their website is a little hard to navigate, we were able to get the info we needed from there to move forward on our prototyping. We were looking for someone to help us manufacture some products for special needs children. Something durable, Mission has provided that for us and we look forward to moving forward towards our mission.

we were attracted to M3 because of their capabilities. They were able to preform amazing tasks that we valued and required in our products. We wanted everything exactly to our specs. M3 was very detailed oriented and that's what we were looking for when trying to sell a product for consumers who look for the details. The details help our products stand out and we're thankful to find someone that does that for us.

Strengths: like their name implies, precision to the max! great quality work

We love their measurement tools. We got in touch with them through word and mouth and they were happy to be talking to us. They treated us like we were their first customer and their friend. We felt awesome. They were very accommodating and knew exactly what we needed as we described our work. Very satisified with the communication and quality of the product. We used their products to test and retest, measure and make sure all our consumer products are up to spec.

We've worked with Dell for a number of years and they have changed their model a few times over the years. Originally we ordered from them a few entry level computers for our staff. They were priced great and worked well for about a year, then things started to break, programs couldn't update and it just wasn't a good investment so we had to order again due to contractual obligations with our finance guys. As you go up on the chain of products, they appear to be better and of better quality, however things were still hit and miss. Until you make it to the high end stuff, which is great, but you're paying as much for better built computers elsewhere. The only product worth it on the high end are the monitors. They're amazing and at a better price as others more comparable monitors. If it weren't for the highend stuff, Dell would not be a recommended computer for reliability and quality.

Needs to improve: cheap isn't always good, and their cheaper entry level computers are not always good or reliable

We've been looking for a new vendor for our techs and interns. These guys so far have been very open and educated. They gave us all the information we wanted and we have submitted our order. We can't comment on anymore regarding their products as we just made our initial order, but so far, service and communication has been awesome. Top notch.

Strengths: being upfront and available to inquiries

We have design classes that provide education and training to interns and students interested. Autodesk provides us with wonderful teaching tools to our clients as well as our lab techs. They're openness and willingness to help shape the future specialist in design has helped us gain a good foundation in educating those willing. Their software is great, but they're support is much better, more important and very valuable to us. Great foward thinking company.

When it was time to upgrade our labs/classrooms a little we looked far and wide. We wanted products that were used in the real world, something our professors and students can actually use, we found that in VWR. They have products in use in a variety of places, various occupations. This helped our decision to go with them, since we can say our staff/students have been trained with the best equipment and equipment that is highly used in all labs. Ordering was upfront and easy, pricing was a bit more than we had hoped, but that's what tuition costs are for! =) We're waiting to see on durability as reliability, accuracy and everything else has checked out.

We get our temp sensors for our products from these guys. They sensors have yet to fail us. When we were deciding on the sensors, we collaborated with their sales staff. It wasn't a consult of sales pitch, it really did feel like collaboration, worked together to find out what part works best for us. Great sales team, very knowledgeable customer first attitude.

We have ordered so many components from Digikey and we're sure its only the tip of the ice burg of what Digi has to offer. They're always instock and ship items right away. If you ever have a difficult time deciding what to get their sales staff is super helpful and guide you to the right choice. That choice isnt the most expensive either! Great guys that treat you as equals. We all want to make the most profit and with Digikey the most profit comes from the long lasting relationship with companies.

Strengths: huge selection and variety of electronic components, great distributor of the greatest suppliers out there for components

Needs to improve: website needs updating

Our lab techs and students get injured alot. We're just that awesome in our labs. We get all of our handy dandy first aide supplies from these guys. They're always in stock and shipped asap. However since we're so far away shipping does take a while. Pricing isn't the best we've seen, but in bulk much better than walgreens or costco. The sales team have always been friendly to us and we always get what we order.

We get all our lab supplies, microscopes and lab equipment from these guys. They're fast and willing to work with us. Their products are super durable and stand to the wear and tear of many students of all ages. Their sales team are very knowledgeable and always willing to help you make the educated choice. Those educated choices are not always the most profitable either. They just want to build long lasting relationships and it worked.

Strengths: everything you need in a lab, chemistry classroom, old rv ;-)

These guys are awesome. They have so much stuff, but everything is easy to find and if you can't find it their sales team will point you to the right direction. We get raw materials and safety items from them. They're always fast and courteous. We like our relationship with them and will continue to work with them for many years.

Strengths: a ginormous selection and great customer service

Germ-x is a very large company, or acts like a very large company with very little time for the little people, or the ones that do not order as much or typically ask for non profit/education discounts. Hand sanitizers are now one in a million. When a few years ago it was just Purrell, now they're every where, even scented from Bed Bath and Beyond. To get sales a company must be either cheaper, provide the highest quality product or have great customer service. Germ X has none of these. They acted like they didn't need us, so we went else where. On the plus side their product does do what all of the other products do, its works.

We contract with Century spring corp to get anchors. They have anchors of all sizes and a variety of them. It meets our needs perfectly. Ordering from them is quick, easy and straight forward. There's not much communication between us and them outside of this is what we want, here's our money. Things are efficient and come on time.

Strengths: a variety of small component parts, everything from anchors to springs of all types.

Needs to improve: easy to navigate, however a dated website

Our labs were looking into trying out different materials for our products. We wanted to use a variety of plastics to see which one felt the best. Solvay's team were able to show us what they were capable of, they explained to us what they had and what they're able to do. We were able to apply their raw materials to our prototypes quickly and easily. They're awesome.

Strengths: polymers and vinyls

We originally contracted with igus years before we were able to find a good local supplier. Igus set the standard for us and our needs. They showed us what real customer service is about. However, they were on an opposite coast so shipping can get costly for us. Their products were top notch, however since our volume is lower, our accountants found it better to get a slightly inferior supply with cheaper shipping.

Strengths: cables

Needs to improve: none

We went with Coast Wire because they were local to us. They are comparable cables to other competitors. Nothing much stands out about Coast wire. We like them because they're local so the turn around times for them is quick. Shipping and sales team are open and honest.
