Kelly Services was my agency before. They called me the next day after applying for a job. I got an interview from them and the recruiters were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my concerns and questions regarding the job I applied for. Love this agency except for their far location.

Strengths: friendly staffs, a lot of people to talk to, knowledgeable people, helps people in their job.

Needs to improve: Their location is far from their clients I used to work for.

Our computers in our department are equipped with Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and access data base. We use it for making a report, organizing files and documents, making a presentation and managing our inventory count. This software is a must specially for office work. Very useful and reliable software. Great Product.

Strengths: Good for office use, Documentation use, Reliable software, very useful for making documents and files.

Needs to improve: This product has no weaknesses as for my experience.

We use Gel-Pak boxes to place our machine parts and materials in order. It helps us organized our department making our workplace look more professional. Good customer service for they are very detailed about their product and always listens about our questions and concers.

Needs to improve: Vendor location

We use their resistors for our I/O control board and functional board that we install in our medical machines in assembly line in a daily basis. As for product quality wise, I got no issues with it. As for the accountability and convenience, they have been making delayed shipments for our company numerous of times.

Strengths: affordable, useful, handy, reliable, good quality resistors, strong material.

Needs to improve: delayed shippings.

As for performing a medical machine testing, we use their instruments to measure the electricity of our medical machines. The results are always accurate and reliable. Their customer service is knowledgeable and they always give us an idea and suggestions related to our products whenever we are addressing our concerns and comments to their product. Their product is expensive though.

Strengths: customer service, strong testing equipment, reliable and durable product.

Needs to improve: Over priced Product.

We use their light bulbs to light up the whole manufacturing area in our company. The quality of the light is crystal clear and very bright due to its LED lighting. It helps us perform our job easier making it easier for us to visualize our medical machines specially when we are performing a visual cosmetical inspection. Price is affordable too but not a direct vendor so we have to contact an another party to communicate them.

Strengths: LED lighting, Affordable, High quality bulbs and reliable.

Needs to improve: Not a direct vendor.

For testing and calibrating our medical machines, we use their micrometers. the specs are accurate but the readings are trippy sometimes. Customer service is very knowledgeable and detailed on their product. On the contrary, this product is expensive and your have to re-calibrate their micrometers if you drop it by accident due to its delicacy.

Strengths: reliable, useful, always on time, reliable customer service and knowledgeable staffs.

Needs to improve: Their micrometers is pricey and you have to re-calibrate their micrometers once you drop it due to its delicacy.

I use Red Wing Shoes, provided by my company, at my work and all I can say is that this shoes saved my feet a numerous of times because I have been dropping heavy materials to my foot by accidents and I didn't feel any pain caused by that. I use this in a daily basis. The only downside is the price because these shoes ain't cheap.

Strengths: strong material, safe and useful, reliable and durable and high on quality product.

Needs to improve: Price could be challenging sometimes.

Our computers at my work are equipped with intel micro processors. These processors helps our computers to respond and work faster that makes my job easier specially when I am doing an inventory count on a spreadsheet. Good on quality and affordable product.

Strengths: fast, reliable, cheap, easy, durable and useful.

Needs to improve: Never had problems with it as far as for my work experience.

Reliable connectors and electrical components that we use on our medical machines. Works well and easy to install in assembly line. We never had problems with it. The customer service is good and this product is always on time whenever we needed it.

Strengths: highly reliable, high on quality, strong and durable product, wide variety of connectors.

Needs to improve: I don't see any weaknesses in this product. No negative things to say.

Good source of electronic and computer peripherals technoloy for our computer in our department. We use their computer everyday whether we need to input any information regarding our company product. Fast and reliable computers and software.

Strengths: wide variety selection, useful and reliable, dependable and easy to use.

Needs to improve: Limited location.

These are the coffee that our cafeteria provides to us. We never run out of these coffee.We have stacks of these in our cafeteria. It helps me to wake myself specially in the morning. The taste is ok. Maybe a different selection of flavors would be a good idea.

Strengths: affordable, helps us to wake our selves, good quality coffee, always on time when we needed it.

Needs to improve: Taste is ok. Selection of different flavors would be a good idea.

Our company receives and ships products using Fedex. All I can say is this company is always on time and fast and easy to ship and to receive our materials and products. Great customer service and very detailed when it comes to what we need for them to do concerning our company products. Great shipping and receiving company it is.

Strengths: fast, always on time, great customer service, dependable and reliable shipping and receiving company.

Needs to improve: PRICE

Great source of nuts, bolts, screws and washers. I use this in assembly line whenever I install our sub-assembly products to our medical machines using these materials. It is strong and holds our machines well. Customer service is easy to contact and their staffs are very knowledgeable.

Strengths: useful, large selection, good customer service, great vendor and knowledgeable staffs.

Needs to improve: screws are easy to get stripped.

These are the cleaning supplies that we use for cleaning the exterior part of our medical machines. We use this in a daily basis. Also we use this for cleaning our work station. It removes any stains and debris from our medical machines. Great vendor and affordable product.

Strengths: good quality cleaning supplies, useful and reliable, easy and fast to use product.

Needs to improve: None that I can think of.

This product helps us to remove stripped screws from our medical machines by lubricating the stripped screws and in just seconds, it would loosen up the screws making it easy to remove. Stripped screws are very frustrating whenever we get it from our medical machines but thanks to this product for making it easier to remove. Fast and easy to use.

Strengths: fast and reliable, it makes our job easier, useful for stripped screws, good quality lubricant.

Needs to improve: strong chemical odor.

These are what we use as for our payroll systems. The data's and informations are accurate and dependable. Our paycheck is always on time. I use it for direct deposit and it is fast and easy. I always get my paycheck bi-weekly every friday.

Strengths: dependable, reliable service, knowledgeable staffs, accurate and always on time.

Needs to improve: more options for loading our money into a card would be great as an another source.

We this lifts in oir department. We use it to pull out our machines, materials and parts that are stored in our tower storage. It is easy to operate. Sometimes the sensors dont work for some reason though.

Strengths: Strong lifts, reliable, useful, easy to operate.

Needs to improve: Sensors dont work sometimes.

Good for testing and calibrating our medical machines. We use it for measuring the electricity of our machines. It works well and it is easy to use equipment.

Strengths: Affordable, high on quality, useful and reliable test equipment.

Needs to improve: No problems in my experience.

We their telephone service whenever we are having a video conference call. Service is good and the phone quality is uncomparable. The routers is kinda tricky to operate though but it is not really an issue.

Strengths: Good customer service, reliable, easy to use and to install, dependable.

Needs to improve: haven't had any weaknesses so far.
