Once at the sight they quickly find and fix the problem at a price that is relatively accurate to the project and for the most part sticks to the initial quote. The customer service at PG&E is okay, but is nothing special and could be slightly improved. The other problem is the speed at which they come out to projects, which can either be incredibly fast or incredibly slow, so keep in mind that when you are dealing with PG&E, speed can be a wildcard. In conclusion besides the wildcard of speed, and the mediocre customer service PG&E is an okay company great for fixing all of your gas and electric breakdowns.

However, the prices for the shredding of these documents is rather high, and the customer service at Shred Works is rather incompetent. They do not where to put your items to be shredded or just forget to take them from you at certain times. So in conclusion, while Shred Works is great at shredding items, they have high prices and bad customer service.

They have great gas delivery systems as their trucks show up almost right away and quickly refill your tanks.
