Ace Fire Equipment and Service

When our company moved into a new building, we needed to provide portable fire extinguishers as required by the fire Marshall. Ace Fire equipment was able to equip the building with all the necessary extinguishers, including a non invasive halon system for our server room and dry chemical extinguishers for the rest of the building. They maintain a service log and service all the systems on a regular basis. They are really easy to deal with and have great customer service. If we have a problem, we give them a call and they come right out.

Strengths: Full service fire extinguisher company. Can supply dry chem, CO2 and halon systems and individual extinguishers. Handles commercial, restaurant and residential. On site and bring to vendor service. NFPA and State Fire Marshall approved. Recycles extinguishing agennts.

Needs to improve: SF Bay area only. Consider a local supplier. For large jobs, significant lead time needed. But since most systems have an expiration date, you can plan for service.

Our company has been working with Ace Fire Equipment for over 2 years. Friendly customer service and the sales team are not pushy. Fire equipments are required by the city regulations and we are glad to work with Ace Fire Equipment.

Strengths: Our company uses Ace Fire Equipment for extingulisher and monthly inspection service. The account managers provide excellent service and quick responses. They would automatically contact us to make appointments for the monthly inspections and arrive on time for the services.

Needs to improve: The weaknesses is that there are only one location in the bay area and it is not close to our business. However, we do all the business over the phone so it is not an issue.
