Customer service was great if there was any issue with a keyboard. We have had nothing but a positive experience when working with Advanced Input Systems. We hope to continue our positive experience for many years.

Strengths: Advanced Input Systems produce some of the best medical keyboards out there. These types of keyboards are relied upon at our hospitals and are used every day. Keyboards like these cannot go down therefore quality and reliability are factored into purchasing. Account representatives were gracious enough to allow us to test some of these keyboards for a couple months for evaluation. After rigorous tests, we determined these are definitely the best for our hospital.

Needs to improve: Prices can be high.

Good quality products, with a wide selection to choose from, great customer service, with representatives that are very knowledgable and are always available to answer any questions. It's a great company and we will continue to purchase from them!

Strengths: We use this vendor for various supplies that we utilize in our facilities, from products for our dialysis machines, to all of our surgical instruments, it is all good quality product, very durable and safe. This vendor always has what we need, with great prices, and good customer service.

In our facility we have several of their keyboards ,they work really great and they are high quality and easy to use ,they make our day easier . We will recommend them because of their great expertise in their products and their knowledge .
