We had to translate our website into different languages. They were extremely professional and was very transparent in all timelines and expectations.

Strengths: ATA is very reliable and easy to work with. The pricing is fair and they are clear about the process and timelines. They can generally accommodate for all of your project needs.

Needs to improve: They are not great in all languages and types of projects. I would recommend more straightforward translations with little or no slang.

we have a contact with ATA for translational services. when a customer comes in and does not speak english, ATA has provided us a direct number to call to provide language translation in the needed language. this makes our job a lot easier when a customer comes in and needs a consultation on their medication but does not speak english. we pay a monthly fee with ata.

They were extremely professional, kept us at ease the whole time and delivered quality results.
