We have an old small facility and when our air conditioner went out, after getting a lot of quotes, our facilities engineer decided to go with American Standard. We installed two systems on the roof which was very adequate to air condition our 6000 sq. ft. facility. The systems work very well and have been very reliable so far.

Strengths: American Standard manufactures reliable, high quality HVAC systems. The systems are very competitively priced, easy to maintain and very quiet.

Needs to improve: None

Still produces great products.

Strengths: Well known standard toilet and faucet company. Not only used in the newly renovated bathrooms at work, but have also seen in restaurants and home use.

Needs to improve: Gasket for our sensor faucets have worn down in less than 6 months. Water has poured out in drops. This happened to 2 of 2 faucets in our office restroom.

The product, the product, the product. With that alone, they stand above the rest.

Strengths: American Standards is the way to go, very durable and low maintenance. I have yet to have any issues with the auto flush feature.

Needs to improve: In my line of buisness, communication is key. I would like to see a little better customer service.

We use these guys at work in every bathroom. The convenience is phenomenal, however, within a few weeks one of the optics on our faucet was damaged. It still worked, it was just off center. Not sure how it happened, it might not even reflect vendor quality.

We use their toilets and urinals in our company. Good service. Good quality materials. Sometimes toilets gets clogged in, but it is not really an issue. Well, most of the toilets gets clogged in once in a while.

Strengths: Our company uses American Standard Co for our bathroom and plumbing needs. The motion sensors are great and the whole look of our renovated bathrooms are awesome.

Strengths: When in the plumbing industry, quality is the number one importance. With American Standard Inc, I don't have to worry about the quality of the fixtures that are ordered.

We have this in our toilets working good specialy with the autoflush . Never had a problem with it highly recommend them to all of you guys

American Standard Co has great quality products. Their sensor faucets at my job helps not to let water running whenever the person is not using it. Great product!!

All our toilets, urinals, and faucets are made by them. Great to have everything automatic to not pick up germs. These things take a beating too..
