Anda Inc

I do not directly have an account with Anda but my main supplier has a contact with Anda to supply their customers any products that either they cannot get or do not have. This seems like a helpful entity but I have had a lot of issues with Anda sending us supplies we do not and would not even use at my pharmacy. We have had this account with our supplier (and Anda) for almost 1 year and only recently have we been able to modify what Anda sends us. Moreover, we never used to know if and WHEN Anda would send the inventory which was frustrating.

Strengths: allows my pharmacy to get medication not available through my regular vendor

Needs to improve: pricey

We have an account with Anda for our pharmacy supplies. they are a small company and we our main supplier works with Anda to supply their clients with medications they do not have. anda is good that they do have a lot of the supplies our main supplier does not carry however, their system is not real-time. we have to check online daily to see what Anda is sending us and we have recently been able to adjust the incoming products which is great .
