Great products, warranty and customer service. American Made and sold in a wide variety of locals. When we have had to return products for repair/warranty, we have always been satisfied with their customer service.

Strengths: Great company which supplies our firm with fastening and staple sealing products. They have a wide range of products from pneumatic staplers and nail guns to hammer tack staplers we use when we are nailing roof felt and siding. Their products really take a beating and still function well. So of our workers seem hell bent on destroying anything they can get their hands on and surprisingly, they can't brake the Arrow tools we give them. Their staples and consumable products are sold at many stores so we can always re-supply on the go.

Needs to improve: Proprietary fasteners mean you can't use generics all the time.

The companies I have been associated with have used Arrow Fasteners for a distributor for mechanical fastening solutions. They are more then willing to get you a few solutions to specified fastening issues - threaded screws for plastic. They supplied us with 2-4 solutions, provided data sheets and samples as required.
