BC offers one of the best cell counters on the market. In addition to being reliable and accurate, it requires very little maintenance and few issues have arisen. They also provide a great line of centrifuges with the trusted Beckman Coulter support. I would highly recommend their equipment.

Needs to improve: Costly Reagents

I use the Vi-Cell XR, and it's one of my most used instruments. It is reliable, accurate, and requires very little maintenance. The few times I've needed customer support, it was quick and efficient. The reagent packs are a bit expensive but there are no alternative vendors.

Strengths: Give Beckman centrifuges a spin! We recently replaced all the centrifuges on our floor with those from Beckman Coulter because of their excellent design, high quality and long lifetimes.

Needs to improve: Parts are hard to locate when you need them and can sometimes take weeks.

Great customer service and excellent reliability of the instrument.

Strengths: I use Beckman Coulter's DxC chemistry analyzer and it has been one of the best analyzers that I have used. It provides fast and reliable results with minimal service visits. Great customer service and quality of the product.
