Needs to improve: Fixed lot charge is a little bit high. We can give them 1 pc or 50 pc and it will cost the same. If we give them 3 different orders on the same day, they will charge 3 separate lot charges.

If heat treating is what I need, I do not even look anywhere else anymore. We have had hardening, stress relieving, annealing, and combination treatments done here all with great success. I am located in the Sacramento region, so their West Sac location takes care if moving parts to the main plant in Santa Clara and back, saving me freight costs.

Byington provides great service. They were able to process our order in a timely manner on short notice. Staff is very capable and customer service keeps the customer well informed on the current job status.
