Whenever me and my management staff at my club have to do video conferencing with either a possible vendor or client, we always go to Citrix as our provider of the Video conferencing software. Citrix makes the ordering and sale of the software extremely easy and straight forward. This is due in part to their top top customer service and expertise that makes your life as the client much easier. they also have great prices on their software, which makes us want to always go to Citrix for all of our video conferencing needs. I will also say that the quickly come and install the software on to all of your devices and will gladly (and speedily) come and do maintenance if it is required. I highly recommend them for their video conferencing software above all else.

We have had a positive experience with Citrix. Starting with our account rep to the customer service, they are all top notch. We are pleased with their service and expertise. Their prices are generally very competitive and we hope they continue to stay that way. We consider Citrix a trustworthy vendor of ours.

Strengths: Citrix has managed to create one of the best video conference applications out there. We use go-to meeting for our meetings with salespeople in the field. It is easy to use and very reliable. Our clients who use this with us are impressed with all of it's features.

We use Citrix goto meeting for all of our video conferencing. There are so many features such as being able to control the meeting with an I pad or desktop computer. We love the "change presenter" feature. With the click of a button, the presenter can turn over hosting an online meeting to another attendee. The monthly rates are very reasonable for all that we get. Citrix is a very important part of my business.

We use GoTo meeting on a daily basis for meetings. The web based software operates flawlessly and it is very user friendly. We can easily share any kind of audio visual content with a large goup of people spread out allover the world. We even use the GoTo training system for training our sales support staff.

Strengths: Citirix makes very powerful web based confrencing software as well as software to allow for remote log in to a computer system. They have very a very knowledgable and helpful technical support staff that quickly help reolve any problems.

GoToMeeting by citrix is quickly becoming one of the most widely used video conferencing programs out there. The ability to host and participate in video conferencing without downloading or installing bloated applications is great, and really shows the power of browser based applications. This is extremely helpful when we need to do conference calls with external contacts such as vendors or partners, as no additional set up is required on their end. Would recommend highly.

We use Citrix for their GotoMeetings product. It is a great meeting and video conferencing tool. We are able to stay in touch with our customers and employees. It decreases our travel costs and can get many issues resolved online as opposed to meeting in person. We would recommend their product for any small businesses and anyone who needs budget reductions on travel costs.

Strengths: Easy of use for online meetings and great connectivity.

Needs to improve: Compatibility issues with some of our overseas contacts.

We use Citrix video conferencing on a weekly basis with our sister site in India as we share and get a lot of work done that way.
Definitely recommend this to any company out there.

Strengths: Citirix is a global leader in web conferencing. Helps with the communication with sister sites and customer sites throughout the world.
They also have VPN access to be able to log into work from home.

Needs to improve: Just like all video conferencing, there maybe a lag at times.

We have had a good experience with Citrix videoconferencing software. Very easy to install and use according to our entire staff. This system has been a huge plus for our clients and vendors as we can communicate in real time and more importantly very clearly with visual demonstrations of what we are doing in our facility. A+ vendor with a software product that is also affordable within our budget.

Our company must facilitate meetings between teams that consists of both in-house and external people that are usually from many different locations Citrix video conference is a great tool to facilitate our discussions/team meetings.

I work from my office at home form time to time and the Citrix Go to Meeting works great for getting the team together from all of the country. I have had little issues calling in or using a web connection. It always very solid and impressive.

We use GoTo meeting all the time for our meetings with clients across the Globe. It is easy to setup and use, and people can dial in through the computer or their phones. It is also easy to share docuemnts.

Best video conferencing available at the moment for industry. Maybe google hangouts has the potential one day to overtake the services by Citrix, but for now, the best in my opinion.

Go to Meeting is a great video conferencing service. While it may not be the same as meeting in person, it is the next best thing. Their service enables effective communication between groups located across the world.

We used Citrix to develop an in-house ordering and inventory tracking for consignment in the field and a customer order system. It's now our legacy system and Citrix still provides support and updates as needed.

Our firm uses Citrix to run our financial software. It is generally pretty reliable, but their servers can lag often.

i find citrix video conferencing software to be very functional and useful. have tried a few others but citrix has been the most useful in my opinion
