Needs to improve: We had one instance of heat shrink not recovering fully but they found the problem and resolved it and replaced material very quickly, even though it was not called out as a critical dimension.

Cobalt has supplied us with Pebax heat shrink tubing with quality I have not found anywhere else. Their technical support to help decide the best Pebax durometer and ideal process for our needs shows their expertise in the material. The prices however were not sustainable for us in the long-run so decided with a different design.

Cobalt produces quality heat shrink tubing. They carry a large inventory of stock sizes and will custom make tubing to your needs. I wish their stock tubing was crosslinked a bit more so it was bit more durable when heated. I've had them produce custom heat shrink tubing with good results.

Really nice heat shrink Pebax in a variety of durometers. This material has helped us to eliminate a fusing process and the associated labor to remove FEP heat shrink. The tubing itself can get a little expensive, but it worked out to a cost savings for us.
