Concur Technologies

I use it all the time. It is part of my company's expense tracking and report system. It allows me to upload receipt images and expense logs on the go with the mobile app. As long as you have internet service on your mobile device of course. I've used it about 25 times.

Strengths: The expense report app is awesome. I use it everything time I travel. I hardly have to keep my receipts because the app allows me to take a photo and upload it to their database. Then when I complete my actual expense report, all I have to do is import all my expenses. Easy as pie. So much better than the spreadsheet I used to maintain.

Needs to improve: The online web app is lame. It seems based on very old technology. Don't get me wrong, it functionally works fine, it's just that it is slow and cumbersome. In this day and age it should really be a more svelte system.

although we are a smaller firm, our employees do spend a great amount of time traveling so we decided to integrate concur's software into our system to help manage our employee traveling and expenses. their software is cloud based so no additional wiring is needed because it can be streamlined into your existing wi-fi system. the software updates and upgrades automatically and this has helped us to save time, save money and be more productive. they can scale up or down to fit the size of your company. we recommend them for small companies like ours but we also know much larger companies that use them who are just as satisfied

I've been using Concur for the past 1+ years to handle all my travel and expense report needs. Aside from a few GUI annoyances, this is a very good website.

Strengths: One website to handle all travel needs- air, car, hotel, and expense report. Their app is pretty handy, too.

Needs to improve: Sometimes the airfare they show takes a while to load, or they don't show any that should be there. Moving 'back' on the website often results in loosing all the data you had before, which can be a pain when having to insert all that info again. Our company tried to use their employees to review expense reports, but they did not do a very good job, so we moved that in house. Since then, things have been well.

We contracted Concur to streamline all of our travel and business account management. From invoicing to expense tracking, Concur does a great job of eliminating it from our task list. This allows us to focus on revenue generating goals. Quality product, easy to use with great customer service. Will continue to use their software for our company.

Do not let Concur personnel do the auditing for you- its a mess. Just let your AP or managers do it.

Strengths: The Concur APP makes expense reports a breeze as you can snap a picture and upload your receipt in minutes. The software makes it easy to itemize your receipts. Very easy to review and approve other's expense reports as well.

Concur provides our company a good and one stop shop business travel and expense management solution. The software package is very intuitive and suits our business travel needs.

My experience with Concur has been fantastic. My coworker and I have recently started using it at our office and it's been wonderful.
