We ship our electronics internationally but a heave portion of our clientele is in California. We came across Custom Freight through a referral and have used them for our CA shipments since. Their customer service is great and always happy to address any of our concerns. Lead time is the most stressful in our business and they are extremely accurate with their timelines. Great company and will continue to contract.
Strengths: customer service, timeline, reliability
Needs to improve: pricing could be better
Great carrier for LTL shipments but unfortunately they only do business within California. Most places have 2 day transit but these guys will get you your product next day in most cases with no extra fees.
Strengths: Fast one day transit to most CA cities.
Needs to improve: Only operate in CA
We use them exclusively for out shipments coming out of LA
Strengths: They have a great freight rate from Nor-cal to So-cal. they mostly only do within California
Needs to improve: They don't do out of state
