Dynamic Office Solutions

We had an issue with the temp we got from Dynamic Office and Accounting Solutions because after 2 days of having the temp worker, they just pulled that person out and replaced him with a new one without giving our department a heads up. We already provided instructions and guidance on what work he needs to do during his first 2 days then got replaced right after that.

Strengths: Can provide immediate relief by providing temp workers on a short notice.

Needs to improve: They need to give a closer attention on how they manage their people.

We contracted Dynamic Office solutions for some staffing requirements as we often need some additional help during the busy season. We were impressed by the quality of the candidates and the amount of time needed to get them up to speed. Efficiency is key for us and Dynamic helps us streamline. Customer service is great, quick turnaround and backed by an excellent staff. Will continue to contract.

Our HR department communicates our requirements and Dynamic provides very qualified candidates for us to interview. They also take care of background checks as well as drug screening.
