Earthlite Massage Tables Inc

I have long since believed in the equipment this company provides. Most of the products I have are from this company. However, the last few weeks have been painful to say the least. I bought a hydraulic table in 2020 and the foot pedal stopped working less than 2 years after purchase. Being that it was still under warranty I called the company to request help. After being transferred from one department to the next over the next 90 mins, I finally got a chance to speak to a representative who at first smirked as to me explaining to her that I kept getting transferred to different departments. She then said they would mail me a replacement foot pedal. However, for some reason they could not mail it until the following week on the 31st of the month. The day I called was March 25th. In the meantime, I could not use the massage table. The foot pedal never came. I called again and got to speak to the same representative who once again said she would follow up with why the foot pedal was never mailed. She claimed that she would then email me the invoice which I never received. I then called another company who was able to mail me a hydraulic table that got to me a couple days ago. I would not recommend Earthlite to another person. Buyer beware.

I bought their hanging armrest and it didn't provide much support but instead of returning it I engineered it to make it work. This involved drilling holes and permanently attaching it to my table. Well now the soft pads that Velcro on to it have wear on them and earthlite refuses to sell them separately. They told me this is bc they get them from a supplier but they also refuse to tell me who the supplier is so I could ask them to sell me pads. They do not care at all about my dilemma.

I bought an Earthlite Massage Chair secondhand a year ago to start my mobile massage business. I travel to offices and events with my massage chair and I love it! It's lightweight, durable and easy to keep clean. My clients comment on how comfortable it is, which is rare for a massage chair.

Strengths: Great, lightweight product.
