Earthshakes

Earthshakes is a very responsive company. Suzanne goes out of her way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. She has sourced some very unique and cool items in her stock

Strengths: When I was tasked to develop a contract for emergency supply kits for our office, a local contact referred me to Earthshakes. Suzanne Tateosian was able to supply my entire company with enough survival gear to ensure our employees could function properly following (What we expect in CA, an earthquake) a disaster. We purchased ready made emergency kits, supplies of food, water and support supplies from Earthshakes. Suzanne gave us quantity discounts and even rebates purchases to local communities. We now feel confident that we will be able survive, function and provide enough employee support to make sure they can be safe after an emergency.

Needs to improve: She is a local, "one woman" operation which has limited operating hours. But she does have a great web presence and is available through appointments. She has a nice small storefront operation. Though primarily local only, her website does allow for greater geographic penetration. It does not have much of an advertising budget, and is very word of mouth.
