Apparently a cheaper system for data management but has tons of bugs and issues with the software. Would avoid if you had the money to pay for a slightly more expensive but less buggy system.

Strengths: None

Needs to improve: We use FileMaker Pro to keep track of our documents. For some reason, you have to constantly hit your "enter" key to get to a new page or else it's stuck. Tons of user-interface issues. Can't keep track of training records automatically- there's inconsistencies with what training you've done and what it says you've done.

A bit frustrating, would not seek the product out to use it again.

Strengths: The Filemaker system I used offered the ability to customize parts of their Data Management interface.

Needs to improve: It was a very "basic" looking system. It was also not quick to process data while entering it. I recall many inefficiencies, like there was no way to press a "Back" button to go to a previous page. These might be downfalls of the particular system I utilized, but it is my experience.

One of our earlier sources for custom SW needs. Assisted in and created our quality system for rep to CS creation of complaint request and data support of it. It is a dependable and reliable solution for short term.

Needs to improve: Not really weaknesses, just unknowns, because we consulted but did not test what they proposed
