They provide a wide range of architectural stainless steel fittings, ends, connectors, fasteners any railing system. They have great customer support and expertise. When you call their phone number, you speak to an actual person who has great expertise in their entire product line. They talk you through solutions an provide options to what you are looking for. Their products are US made and very high quality. Compared to commercially available, ready made cables, Hayn component products are a very cost effective way to produce high quality railings and still provide you with a high profit margin.

Needs to improve: They ship from Connecticut, so you either have to pay for overnight or have a good lead time.

My company was expanding and we were in need of many different kinds of cabling. Most companies had some, but not all. This made it very cost inefficient for us to work with them. When I work with their customer service department, I always have knowledgable staff that can answer my questions. If I need to, I can always email my designs and work through a solution. The are a much larger company then just cable railings and can re rig a sail boat and do many other things. Great website.
