Our firm uses Hitachi America's products during our assembly process on medical devices we manufacture. As a smaller firm, we pride ourselves in our speed to delivery and try to have a quick turnaround as much as possible. As such, we have appreciated Hitachi's ability to meet our needs in a very timely fashion with competitive prices. The products are of high quality and the customer service department is also very knowledgeable. We would definitely use this vendor again!

Their customer service team has also been exceptional, helping us navigate their vast products and pair us with exactly what we need to succeed. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our company's assembly department used Hitachi America for marking and coding products. Their line of products are high quality, and their staff are efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to meet our specific guidelines to mark and code our products, and we are very pleased with the final result.

We have a Hitachi LCD TV in our kitchen/break room. The picture is pretty good and it has lasted 3 years now.

We have a hitachi plasma in our breakroom at work and his has very good quality pucture and resolution. The tv is very durable irs been here for years and hasnt needed any service. Hughly recommended.

We use this vendor for electronic components for a medical elecrical pulse unit. We purchase capital equipment as well. The customer service is very good and technical support is excellent.
