I think they have decent quality products, I really wish they would bring there prices down, they are priced some what high. I do still order from them because it is so convenient

Strengths: Very knowledgeable sales people always will to help me out. They sent me a free shirt on my First initial buy in purchase order which really suprised me.

Needs to improve: There pricing is some what high. I believe this is there biggest weakness. The only other weakness when my order arrives incomplete and instead of notifying me prior to shipping my order they just ship my order and on packing slip it just shows the items as 0 shipped. I would really appreciate a heads up prior shipping instead of expecting my complte order to arrive only to find out some items are back ordered.

we use box cutters at our facility on a daily basis, the ergonomic grips make them very easy to use without having our hands cramp, the blades are retractable and safe and stay sharp for a very long time.

we use their box cutters on a daily basis in the lab to cut unused boxes and plastic rapping. the blades are very precise and have a long life span. the box cutters also have a retractable blade which makes them very safe when not in use.

Irwins box cutters a very high in quality and very durable. Small in size and light in weight makes them very easy to store anywhere when not in use. The retractable blade also make the very safe around the department! Highly recommended

These tools are rock solid and it is graet that you can pick them up at the local hardware store. We use Irwin hole cutters/spades in our shop for quick and dirty holes in panels. They stay sharp use after use.

Our shop at work has used many Irwin tools, they hold up well to the abuse. We all have been happy for the most part with their tools and drill bits, and the price is great as well.

I can't tell you how many boxes we need to break down on a daily basis. Not only are Irwin's box cutters retractable for safety regulators, but they're conveniently light and ergonomic. Perfect for larger projects and/or daily use
