we use this company to do medical translation to our pts at our pharmacy when there is a language barrier. we have a number call and ask for a medical specialist and in which language. the person they provide is well versed in that field and can provided the proper translation which is great and important in the pharmacy/healthcare field

We contracted Language Weaver to assist us with our negotiations with an out of the area manufacturer. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and their services didn't impact the flow of our talks. They even received praised from our counterparts. Great customer service, level of client attention and ultimately, results. Will contract again.

Generally great translation service that I would recommend. Pricing is also reasonable.

Needs to improve: They were able to get the point across but sometimes the translation or wording wasn't 100% correct.
Luckily we haven't had any major issues or misunderstandings. Service is good.

Needs to improve: Sometimes it is difficult to explain what needs to be said to the patient to the translator.
They were very patient with us, in helping make sure both parties were on the same page

We use there services for translation in other languages.such a good usefull service to have makes our job do much easier and more questions answered for other companys employees.
