We contracted Life Science Outsourcing to manufacture, test, and validate our medical devices. Over the years we have appreciated their clean room and services. We came to them in need of getting a project for a client done quickly. They were extremely professional and dedicated. We knew we were in good hands. They provided great pricing within our budget and quick turnaround times. As they did the manufacturing and testing for us we were able to focus on other areas of the job. Our devices turned out fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the quality. Overall we've had a great experience with them. Will refer to others.

We use Life Science Outsourcing for R&D Engineering & manufacturing when we have an overflow of work that needs to be completed. They offer services for clean Room, testing, turnkey manufacturing, validation, etc... We've used them specifically for validating procedures on a hand-held device. This was to ensure that our internal results were the same form an external source. Their sales and engineering team was able to assist and keep us informed every step of the process - great company and will continue to use in the future.

My start up uses Life Science when we needed clean room space and were in a bind to get our product done, we are a small and lean firm so have a great need to outsource services from firms like this. Their customer service team and level of quality control were big selling points for us. Their accurate quotes, short lead times and dedication to our specific requests have kept us working with them. We hope to continue to use their services as we scale.

Life Science Outsourcing has been a great partner for us to work with. We started working with them for their packaging services as they have great materials and products. We eventually started contracting them for their supply chain management services. We were overloaded with demand and needed help and they stepped up and performed a great job. Their employees are highly knowledgeable and customer service always keeps you updated so you're not sitting wondering what's going on. Thumbs up to those guys. Would highly recommend working with them.

Life Science Outsourcing is a great company. We're a start up company with limited funds and range as of right now. LSO was able to cater to us, fit our needs and make our little old company available world wide! They are currently our distributor and packager. We would reach out to them once we have more funds for manufacturing. Right now we do that in house, but have seen their facilities and understand their capabilities. Very intelligent and helpful.

LSO packaged a kit of parts for my company. Overall, they performed well, however there was an issue with the band sealer that caused some serious delays. While they do have a full quality group, I found myself routing their documents in order to maintain my tight schedule. I think they can be a fine supplier, as long as they are supervised.

Locally based which is a big plus for us, we've outsourced LIfe Science associates for clean room space. It is easy to see why everyone uses them as they are the top firm out there providing top notch facilities and services. An overall excellent company to work with and they always come through for us!

I sent some products for accelerated aging and ship testing at LSO. Their aging ovens overshot the temperature window during the aging process. Our packaging failed but we did not know what the root cause was. Ship testing, or out of bound temperature?

Strengths: They provide cleanroom for assembly, as well as packaging and aging testing.

Needs to improve: Their report writing and analysis need improvement.

Lso was a good alternative for is when we needed to conduct small prototype builds and our internal clean room could not accommodate us. They are responsive and accommodating, but they required more handholding than I was used to from other contract manufacturers.

When I working for a small startup we used LSO for cleanroom space while making validation units. The staff is great and helpful. Logistically everything was perfect. and very professional. They had all the certifications up to date to meet all the regulatory requirements.

I worked with LSO on my last job. They were built and final packaged our catheter. Their technicians were excellent and friendly. We trained them on our assembly processes and they had no problem of picking it up and very minimal supported on the next built.
