The staff is great, and have an encyclopedic memory of the location of anything in the store. The layout is organized, so you can get in and out of the store in minutes. This place is all about getting what you need in a pinch, and it accomplishes this admirably.

Strengths: Has mostly everything that you likely need for making mechanical prototypes. Tons of fasteners, adhesives, wiring, raw materials, and hand tools when you really need something in a pinch and not even McMaster-Carr can save you.

Needs to improve: Everything is a little more expensive compared to McMaster-Carr, but given that this is a brick-and-mortar store that's understandable. It has mostly everything but when they don't have something, it can be kind of disappointing. That said, they have just enough to get you by.

Who needs HD when Marshall's is just around the corner? We're a small firm and source our safety markers and items from Marshall's due to sheer convenience. From safety cones to extinguishers, they offer a wide selection so that we're able to find anything we need. Customer service and sales reps are always helpful which makes it that much more gratifying. Great service and quality team. Will continue to support.

Friendly employees who have memorized the location of everything in the store. Can get you out of a jam when you don't want to wait for overnight delivery.

Strengths: A generally wide selection and variety, and really good depth in areas such as tapered pipe fittings, tubing connections, fasteners, and tools.

Needs to improve: Not well known and weak signage makes them hard to find for the newbie.

We purchase employee saftey gear, fire estinguishers, bio waste pails for complaint product returns, and Cones for "Wet Floor" and cone barrieirs. These are all reliable quality products with excellent pricing points!

I've been a couple screws shy of finishing prototypes, when we make a run for Marshall's Hardware. There's a huge array of hardware and plumbing tools.

I ordered some end end mills, reamers and center and center drills from Marshall's. Wide selection of parts, easy online ordering system.
