We used Network Solutions to register a few of our domain names and had no issues. Great customer service and we were up and running in no time. There are other more competitively priced registrars but customer service is where they are lacking. Quality firm, great staff and efficient. Will continue to use.

Strengths: I registered our primary website through them. The registration process is smooth and seamless, no issues and I didn't even have to make phone call, all electronic.

Needs to improve: Haven't had any issues yet. The automated billing could give a notice every year like bluehost does.

They are a domain name service provider. I have used them for business site and the help others build their sites. Never any issues
