Our company use trade shows to introduce new products, styles and designs. After a ton of research on cases and boxes. That's where we ended up with Pelican Products.. We saw that Pelican Products had the best products for reasonable prices. Although they weren't the cheapest, but as the old mantra goes, cheapest isn't necessarily the best or even good. Their equipment cases are the best in the industry. They keep our things safe and secure during long arduous road trips, down the street or cross the country. Highly recommended.

We have had a good experience with Pelican Products. As some other past customers have mentioned, they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for which is extremely high quality and durable shipping and boxing materials with excellent service. We are very happy with our experience and Pelican was one of the few shipping vendors that can carefully ship large and irregular shaped boxes safely. We highly recommend them, especially for custom shipping.

Great products and company. They stand by their cases and have generous warranties.

Strengths: Pelican Products supplies custom boxes for weapon storage. They boxes are amazingly strong and super durable. When we need to store high precision sniper rifles, we always use Pelican cases. The ability to evacuate the air in side the cases helps reduce corrosion. The foam cores allow for precise fit of the rifles. We also use them for ammo storage and other equipment.

Needs to improve: Can be pricey.

We use Pelican cases to ship our lab equipment from time to time. We recently had a case break and Pelican replaced the item with no questions asked. You do pay more for the product but then again, the quality is there. Customer service was responsive and go a replacement to us quickly.

We use pelican cases to ship and protect all of our hardware systems and test equipment. They do their job of protecting their contents over and over again.

Pelican cases are some of the best equipment cases in the industry. We shipped very sensitive equipment worldwide in Pelican cases and they never failed us. They are not cheap.
