Postini is an e-mail, web security, and archiving service that provides cloud computing services for filtering e-mail spam and malware, offers optional e-mail archiving, and protects client networks from web-borne malware. we have been using postini along with our office internal email for years and it is great. it syncs in perfectly with our user interface while providing cloud technology, security and spam prevention

Strengths: owned by a sector of google (always a plus), company email, secure, cloud technology.

Needs to improve: none

They do as advertised and they do it great. We will continue to renew their services.

Strengths: I've been using this vendor for the past 7 years as our service provider to filter spam messages. Some of their strength:
* consistent product upgrades
* great customer service when i had to call in
* have not had a downtime
* great documentations

Needs to improve: Their partners list could be updated. Some of the partners listed on their websites are no longer in business.
