We currently use their E4 XLS single channel electronic pipette for our silicon applications that require an adhesive. They are very pricy but worth every penny if it's to be used for large quantities. They are very easy to place orders on line and customer service is really good at answering any questions or concerns that you may have. Very happy with Rainin.

We have purchased very precise pipettes from Rainin Instruments in the past. Very high end and reliable as our internal requirements are very precise and accurate. They are a little pricey but worthwhile as we have saved time and staff resources with their tools. We highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

We use Rainin Instrment LLC to purchased lab supply. We never had issues with there product always good quality and functionality. They carry a good selection of lab and medical component that you may need. They offer a reasonable price for there product as well. Fast shipping and parts are usually in stock. Customer service is very helpful on solving issues and giving knowledgeable information.

We've ordered and used Mettler Scales for our RD Lab. Very Accurate and easy to use equipment. Customer service is very responsive to customer questions and provides detailed description of equipment capabilities. Shipping of in-stock equipment is decent. Pricing could be better but prices are still competitive.

Durable products

Strengths: Rainin products are very well made and durable. Their ergonomic pipettes are wonderful to use. Rainin customer service is very helpful and responsive.

My biotech company used Rainin pippetes in our labs. They worked well but the cost to service them was quite expensive
