Good overall company

Speed 5 / Price 5 / Quality 3

We wanted to test some of our designs and test out a few companies to see which one we should go with in our production. Rapid's thermoformed plastics are very good. Quality and craftsman ship was on par to average with everyone else. Meaning for us, they did not stand out. However, they were very good. Met our needs exactly, but so did a number of other companies. We were making our decisions based on costs, craftsmanship and turnover. Rapid just needed to up the ante on craftsmanship a little and we would have gone with them. Overall they are a good company.

Strengths: thermoforming, prototypes, tool and die

Needs to improve: craftsmanship needs a little work

Perform price check in the market.

Strengths: We have consulted with them regarding blister packaging requirements. Was a great help. Team is also very knowledgeable.

Needs to improve: Price not competitive with others.

There are a lot of other names in the game, but Rapid has been able to deliver on-time.

Strengths: Knowledgeable staff, great capabilities for packaging.

Needs to improve: None I've noticed
