We use this at the company I work at for video and training presentation. Video picture quality is ok. Easy to use and user friendly. Easy to set up too. We use it when i got hired two years ago and it was working fine. However, after using it again last week during our GMP presentation, it started tripping out. The video, all of a sudden, power is going off in the middle of the presentation. Not recommended.

Strengths: Good video equipment, reliable electronics, service is good, affordable cheap price compare to other brand.

Needs to improve: Not built to last, quality is not that good.

We order various electronics from Sanyo for our training and presentation purposes. We order for a number of locations so they quality needs to be there. Customer service is great and always accessible. Lead times and ease of procurement are great. We haven't had any issues yet and will continue to use them in our facilities.
