Unfortunately, this was a great company to order from that has gone downhill. Orders are weeks behind, customer care is lying to customers about ship times, emails are not being responded to, wait times on the phone over 20 minutes. Supervisor assures me that the misinformation, wait times and email situation is being addressed, they just had more orders than they could handle and there was nothing that could be done. It seems to be one more company that has grown too fast and is failing.

It's a great vendor, with good quality products, delivery was fast, competitive prices with quick turnarounds. Good customer service, great representatives, that were very helpful..I highly recommend this vendor..

Strengths: We replaced the employees lockers in all of our break rooms at our facility. We purchased our new lockers from School Specialty Inc., the new lockers are strong ,durable, made from good quality material. The company offered us a wide selection to choose from, they made it easy for us to place a big order at a reasonable price, and our order was delivered pretty fast. So we are very satisfied with the choice we made, contracting with this company was a good choice, it's a great company with good quality products.

When ordering a big order from them, the sales rep made it very easy and pleasing to do the transaction. The customer service line was always fast and easy to get help. The pricing was awesome. Very pleased with my order. Would recommend to any other schools looking for great and durable lockers.

Strengths: Very high quality lockers, durable and clean design. Also has a lot of variety to choose from.

Needs to improve: The install could have been a little smoother than I thought. Other than that, I don't have any negatives for their product.

Since they supply to schools, they have very good pricing on items like lockers. Purchased 100+ stacked lockers for a new build-out for hourly workers. Install crew (theirs) did a great job and the supplied lockers met all of our needs. Avoid Grainger and other industrial office supply places - School Specialty is a hidden secret.

We ordered all of our school lockers from them with ease. They had great customer service and are very easy to work with. They offer great prices and are a great company to order in bulk from. I would recommend them to any school or gym needing lockers.
