Founded in 1983, Sentry Air Systems designs and manufactures high-quality air purification systems in order to provide engineering control devices for clean air for a variety of applications. Our patented line of quiet, compact and durable air cleaners/air filtration systems offers simple and effective solutions to control and extract harmful fumes and particulates in the workplace environment.
Our diverse line of fume extractors includes floor, bench top, mounted, and portable units as well as solutions for mist collection, portable clean rooms, and ductless/ducted fume hoods. Our products can be utilized in various applications including but not limited to welding, soldering, manufacturing, laboratory, and pharmaceutical operations. Most products have the option of high-quality filters including ULPA, HEPA, ASHRAE, Carbon, Acid Gas, and other specialty blended filters. At Sentry Air, we stringently test our filter media against a variety of chemicals and use only flame retardant materials to improve safety.

Sentry Air is one of the few companies to have ductless fume hoods. Their portable hood was able to meet our R&D engineering needs without exceeding our space requirements. Their hoods are HEPA or ULPA filtered positive-pressure environments and meet our needs without having to reroute the Hvac to meet the internal requirements of our SOPs.
Strengths: They supply air purification systems, which are quite, compact, air cleaners. They are solutions for our laboratory for chemical, soldering, welding, cutting and grinding within our R&D engineering lab. They are an American company and they offer several type of filter media: Hepa Filters, ULPA Filters, Carbon Filters, etc... There products are built with the highest quality - perform like they say.
Needs to improve: They are not the most responsive vendor. They are lacking from a customer standpoint. They don't always respond to emails. Between R&D Engineering and Purchasing it has not been a smooth process. The first time you deal with them be ready for a long process.
Sentry Air is one of the few companies in this industry to produces portable cleanrooms and laminar flow hoods. while the need for portable items is not as common, we have had the need for this and Sentry Air is one of the few places we have been able to work with in getting this for us. we have their 2 smaller sizes of the 12' and 18' SS-212 and SS-218 model. Their hoods are HEPA or ULPA filtered positive-pressure environments. they are ISO class 5 for their hoods. their hoods use a powerful fan to draw in ambient air and the purification is with a filtration media that is exceptional. Their customer service is is just as great as their products
