Subway Restaurants

Subway is my number one go to place when it comes to have food catered to my company. they always resolve any problems and remake a sandwich without complaint if it is made wrong.

Strengths: I love to give back to the people who work so hard for our company. As a weekly treat I will order from subway at least 20 sandwiches at a time. You would think that the crew at my local subway would get irritated being that we order about an hour before lunch but these friendly people are ready to make my ordering easy and fast.

Needs to improve: I have had one bad experience with subway catering. it had to do with the phone cutting in and out. I wish subway had an app that you could download and order and customize the sandwiches that way I don't have to sit on the phone with someone repeating myself over and over again. it was an unpleasant experience but my last one made up for it completely.

Needs to improve: Product (meat, produce) is lacking in quality

On one occasion some of the bread offered for the sandwiches was stale. The person in charge offered to go all the way back and retrieve fresher bread. This was an aceptional demonstration of subways excellent service.

Strengths: Subway is a great catering service because they are always on time and their employees give amazing service. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches allowing all of us to choose a sandwich more suitable to each of our liking. Its the best choice for a healthy catering service.

Needs to improve: Sometimes the bread offered can be stale and healthier sides should be offered to compliment the sandwiches.

Subway's $5 footlongs have always been a quick fix when hunger calls. We've catered in the past and even ordered the party sub for a few company meetings. Can't complain but while packed with vegetables, the calories do jump up when you add the plethora of sauces. Eating it Jared's way is significantly different but does the job. Will continue to stop by when the company wants a party sub.

Fast. Quick and Easy. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Strengths: Easy Fast service that is inexpensive and close to the office.

Needs to improve: I've recently heard that their bread has this chemical that gives the bread a fluff. Not sure if this is true, but I've heard it from mulitple sources so since then I've tried to avoid subway as an option. I actually don't think they are that healthy as they tend to add a lot of mayonaisse to their sandwiches.

i love the sandwich artistry that gets displayed when each sandwich is made. fresh and made to order right in front of you!

Strengths: When i want a healthy quick option like after the gym post work meal, Subway is my go to for that

Needs to improve: Most of the subways close when i get off work or leave the gym. i do see them at some gas stains that are open but they are never open late either in the gas station.

We use Subway all the time for business lunches. They have a sandwiches to satisfy everyone and the food is always fresh and consistent. On more than one occasion, they were able to produce sandwiches for group with at least 25 people with as little as two hours notice and at a very reasonable price.

Strengths: High quality ingredients, always fresh and very reasonable prices. Able to take on large orders on short notice.

Needs to improve: They do not deliver.

We have used Subway to cater in for meetings and social committee events held on our school campus. Our local Subway is located around the corner and they work with us to get us our orders in a timely fashion. I appreciate their quality service and fresh products for our staff.

For my company's potluck, I ordered two sandwich platters and a tray of vegetables and other toppings on the side so that people could build their own sandwiches. They offer a great amount of food for a great value. And you only have to order 24 hours in advance. The customer service is efficient and courteous. The perfect catering service.

Usually order sandwiches for the QME doctors whom I work for. Able to order it with the each doctors specific toppings they like without any problems.

Strengths: Nearby location, fast service, fresh ingrediants, wide variety of selections.

Needs to improve: I guess it would be a sign of being busy if the store was out of 9 grain wheatbread for a late lunch.

Subway catered our 2013 4th quarter company state of the union event. The sandwich options were plentiful and the drinks supplied were cold, but the personnel looked tired and out of it. Also, the condiments were lacking in variety with only mayo being offered.

Strengths: Options, service, price, proximity and value.

Needs to improve: Lack of resource and condiments.

I've had good overall experience with subway catering as they are always on time and provide good lunch options such as sandwiches, salads, chips, and cookies.

Strengths: Convenient locations throughout. Fast service. Good for business catered lunch meeting. Friendly staff.

Needs to improve: Quality of ingredients can be improved. Sandwiches seem boring at times and lack taste.

Service was terrific for our order taking and delivery.

Strengths: Subway delivered exactly what we asked for and what we expected. There were no mistakes or surprises. They were on time and provided all the food, sides, napkins, utensils that we needed.

Needs to improve: None.. we got what we paid for.

i love subway the customer service is great even though im super picky and take really long with my order plus they are really good at big platters for business meetings or party's.

Have used subway for catering with mixed results. selection is limited compared to some other catering services obviously, but pricing is lower and it is a familiar product to everyone. Usually only use for really large catering needs.

I really like subway for fast lunches and lunch meetings. We also place orders for the office for lunch meetings and occasions. There food is very convenient and not expensive.

I have ordered from Subway for office lunches multiple times and have always been satisfied with their selection and prices. They are fast and their food is fresh.

Catering is fantastic. Provides more than enough for everyone to eat comfortably with a variety of toppings. Food is quick and inexpensive.
