We have been using SMI for years and they supply many of the lab equipment components that we use. Their equipment is of high quality, fairly priced, and they ship very quickly. We have not had any issues at all with their shipments coming on time when we are in a bind. Customer service is very friendly and staff is knowledgable in helping you find what you need for specific purposes. If you're not sure what you're looking for they can be very helpful in finding that answer for you!

We have several members on a Medical Alert Response team for our buidlings in case of any emergencies. And, we purchase several Blood Pressure devices for this teams kit they carry around. The DP devices we purchase are high quality and easy to use within our team members. These are not toy devices, they are the real thing for serious urgent situations being used by trained personell.

They have techs that come to the hospital to trouble shoot any instruments that we are having any difficulties with. Prices are fair. Customer service is great. Suntech currently supplies us with their BP monitors for our lab simulations and prototype testing. They are a valuable piece of equipment that's not very difficult to use. Also they provide great customer service if you ever run into any issues with their products.

Gives consistent and accurate reading. There is sufficient documentation available on the manufacturer website to assist you on how to obtain the BP measurement if you don't already know how. The device itself is well documented.
