Trader Joe's

They have always been helpful with finding anything I need. They have fresh, quality food. The prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and makes it more enjoyable than shopping at many other places.

Strengths: They have a good, often-changing variety of healthy food, but my favorite part of TJ's has always been the service. The employees are very friendly and always manage to put a smile on my face when checking out. They have a few things they make themselves that are my favorite amongst competition, mainly their hummus and yogurt as a close second.

Needs to improve: The Trader Joe's I go to is too small for the community it serves and is always a bit crazy. The fact that they change their inventory is nice sometimes, but other times it's a pain when I go there looking for one specific thing that isn't there like it was the previous week.

Organic teas and fresh flowers create the calming ambiance in our waiting room at Tranquility Massage and Spa. Our clients are always asking where we get our fresh flowers from and how we choose our tea selection. They are always surprised when we tell them they're from Trader Joe's. Not only do they have great products that enhance our business, but they also excel in customer service!

I have several events at work that require snacks. Coming up with ideas for different snacks can get difficult when you're constantly feeding the same people. Trader Joe's has a good selection of hors d'oeuvres to keep refreshments exciting.
