Tutor Saliba

We have worked with Tutor Saliba on many large, projects which require many years of design, production and constructions. Tutor Saliba can be very difficult to work with, was prone to cost over runs and shoddy build quality. Because they are only one of a few construction companies which can bid on such large projects, many clients have a suck it up and deal with it mentality.

Strengths: A very large commercial construction company, able to handle major building and projects. Nationwide and willing to form general partnerships for specific jobs.

Needs to improve: Large means difficult to deal with. A reputation for not being on budget, on time and poor construction management. Frequent use of change orders means the cost of the project goes way up over the original bid. Requires constant supervision.
