Zeus Industrial Products Inc is the company we uses for custom products and tubing solutions for the use in our products. I can say that their services are customer oriented that gives satisfaction to their consumers. We are satisfied to their work and mostly to their highly reliable products. Their products are so dependable that we used to our products we mostly order a fair amount of PTF and FEP. The only i got so far are the orders for the custom tubing that is so long for shipping and their pricing for the small amount orders. their tubing fits good to our products so over all I can say that their products are recommended to other companies that need their services.

Needs to improve: Their custom tubing is so long to ship. we had to deal with their shipment of customs product and their products are unreasonable pricing for those orders that small amount

For years Zeus has made great Fluropolymer Extrusions and Heat Shrink Tubing. They have become a mainstay in the medical device industry. Recently the FDA has started asking for more documentation regarding the material makeup. This is where your pains will start. Zeus's "proprietary" stance makes them unwanting to share the information a company needs to file with the FDA. It took us MONTHS to get basic resin information. Competitors provided it easily with actual documentation or their FDA Master File. Unfortunately Zeus is no longer our first choice when looking for Fluropolymers.

Any customer looking to use PET or PTFE should undoubtedly look to Zeus as a potential vendor. They carry a huge variety (most of which can be viewed at their website) and are open to sending a few samples (obviously extras from a previous run) for any prototyping needs. If your needs fall into their normal production, I wouldn’t look any further as they are the industry leader. Unfortunately, that’s where the fun ends. Even coming from a large company who has given them thousands of dollars in business, they are hesitant in committing to any job that doesn’t follow their cookie cutter process. Secondary processes are possible, but Zeus offers them at a steep price.

We order a fair amount of PTFE & FEP, most of the time it is on the shelf and readidly available, helps with us meeting production fluxuations. Also, we have ordered a fair amount of shring tubing from Zeus Industrial Products : available in a a variety of sizes, dimensions, and shrink ratios, material to address extreme heat, corrosion, shock, moisture and other critical conditions. The sales rep that takes care of us, by supplying accurate quotes, specifications, samples and helping us get through any issues with deliveries and shipments.

Needs to improve: They are limited at times by raw materials available, a certain type was discontinued and they were able to substitute a solution - got the job doen, can be a delay with custom sises & lengths - lead-time long

My eperience has been generally positive. Ordering off the shelf products arrive quickly and their sales staff is considerate and attentive. Custom orders are going to be expensive and can vary in accuracy so be sure to keep that in mind.

Strengths: We regularly purchase PTFE and FEP tubes from Zeus. They have a wide selection of polymer based tubes in stock and can build material to your specifications.

Needs to improve: Although they carry a huge selection of tubes in stock, custom orders always tend to take a significant time with varied results that can be great or not so great. Zeus is considered an industry leader and are experts in this field, so prices are indicative of this. Expect to pay top dollar for any orders you throw at them.

Great for all your plastic tubing needs. Many sizes and materials to choose from. Ask them for samples to make sure you get the right product. I did not use them for any custom designs. Just generic tubes

Strengths: Zeus has always been very responsive to my questions and inquires. They have taken the time to make sure we are getting the product that we want. They are large enough to be able to source just about any type of tubing we were looking for.

Needs to improve: They are some times limited by their raw material supplier. We have one product that that they are unable to source the raw material anymore but luckily they have products which are a good substitute.

I've ordered a ton of shrink tubing from Zeus. Some runs have been great while others have been hit or miss. Luckily we have a good rep that takes care of us. He goes the extra mile to make sure we get the parts that meet our specifications. I consult for a huge corporation so I guess they would hate to be taken off our ASL. In general, they provide good quality but sometimes you gust have to keep on them to get what you need.

They are one of the main stock in our facility we use when we need the lab restocked. They are some items that are considerably cheaper while others may be a bit more costly. They have samples you can order that can be ordered with ease from their site so you can test out all the stuff you need and want before you commit to a full order. They have a wonderful customer service who are very helpful and willing to do what they need to help.

They were unable to deliver a custom Teflon tube that they quoted. We had to find an alternative after waiting a long time.

having used their off the shelf heat shrink at many companies, i’ve seen very good quality from their parts over the years for both ptfe and fep. the issue comes when their raw material source has a problem, which creates a domino effect. it hasn’t happened many times, but when you’re practicing just in time manufacturing, delays can get costly.

We mainly use their tubing for the pressure sensor of our medical device. Instructions are easy and step by step guide for assembly line. tubing's are fitted well and easy to connect to our electronics pin boards and functions properly. This is one of our company's reliable vendor because the shipping is always on time and their customer service responds to our company needs right away.

Zeus is my main source for fluoropolymer and PEEK extrusion. They are willing to try to manufacture tubing to my challenging specs and try to accommodate my timelines. One thing to keep in mind is that Zeus does consider all of their manufacturing information (including material sometimes) to be proprietary, so be sure to ask for exactly what you want in terms of certification and colorants up front.

Strengths: Our R&D department use Zeus Industrial as a source for their prototypes. We mainly use them for our shrinkable tubing and their extruded tubings our prototyping projects. Their engineered assistance support is very good and responsive. Their pricing is competitive and they have reliable services. Their quality is very good. Their technical and customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable. Quotes are accurate and delivery is fast.

We have purchased Heat Shrink as well as Plastic tubing from Zeus Inc, they have the cheapest and overall some of the most high quality tubing around, I highly recommend them. They additionally have excellent customer service and are great at recommending tubing for you. They will finally make custom size tubing for any order. I have used Zeus products for several years. The FEP and PTFE Heat Shrink Tubing is outstanding. I am now just starting to use them for custom extrusions. So far the extrusions have met all my needs. I will continue to go to Zeus for heat shrink tubing and give them strong consideration for custom extrusions.

We contracted Zeus to supply us with various tubing solutions and have been pleased to date. We often request PTFE and FEP without any issues or significant delays. Accurate quotes, reliable lead times and a helpful customer service system makes ordering easy and efficient. They're able to accommodate various order quantities which is helpful for us as a small firm.

Colorant companies that have supplied Zeus doesn't not have tight controls on their products. Zeus was unaware of the issues, but reacted quickly when the problem was identified. When a problem occurs, they are a good team to collaborate with and will help make sure that the problems are solved.
