We use Zoll Data Billing, ePCR software with great success. Customization has been simple, and support is easy to access. Interface with other vendors CAD and ePCR comes at a separate cost.

Strengths: Integrated Billing, ePCR, Crew Scheduling and Fleet Location software for emergency medical services. Custom solution provider for cross vendor compatability

Needs to improve: Expensive support fees.
