Bank Of America Merchant Svc

I had a small business account with BofA for a while, but it is very difficult to start a business when your bank is nickel and diming everything! I wanted to like them because of their reputation and long history, but I could not.

Strengths: Banking

Needs to improve: Too many fees!

It's been a decent experience with Bank of America. Their fee structure is not transparent but the customer service is professional and timely.

Strengths: Reliable bank and good customer service. They always answered questions in a timely manner.

Needs to improve: High fees and fees were not transparent.
