I had trouble navigating the website to get to the type of copier I needed. I then called the customer service line, and the person I spoke with sounded annoyed and impatient.

Once I was able to zero in on what I wanted, however, I was satisfied with the product and continue to be satisfied.

Our customers always comment how well our televisions look on our walls. They see the real difference between their cheap tv's at home and Panny's.

Strengths: Panasonic televisions are probably the best of the best. The blacks on our tv's are outstanding. We use their televisions all around our office.

Needs to improve: Price could be more competitive but again, they are a top notch television manufacturer.

I never got disappointed when it comes to sounds in my entertainment room. Its always been the best and even at work as an assistant to a automotive company, they been using this products for car speakers and car radios

Panasonic met my expectations. They didn't go beyond their promise, or under deliver. There are a couple of competitors that exceeded my expectations.

Our conference rooms are equipped with large screens that are hooked up to computers. The quality is sharp and never fails. I believe we got good deals too. Can't complain!
