What is VendOp?

VendOp is an online tool used to search for qualified suppliers and vendors. Buyers of business services and products use our 5-star review system to rate suppliers on speed, price and quality.

Who uses VendOp?

Enterprises use a customized instance of VendOp to create internal directories of their suppliers. They also use it to collect reviews and ratings from employees about their experiences with suppliers.

I received an email from my customer asking me to complete a profile. What do I need to do?

To complete your profile, follow the link to your company profile contained in the email with the subject “Complete Your Profile.” Update the basic information about your company and be sure to select the categories your business belongs in.

I’m not the right contact for my company. What should I do?

Please forward the emails you received to the correct point of contact at your company.

I don’t see a “claim listing” button on my profile. What should I do?

If you can not find this on your profile, it means that someone from your company is already managing the profile. Please contact us for more information at feedback@vendop.com.

How is the information I submit on VendOp used?

Anyone searching VendOp can read the information you provide in your profile. You only have one profile to manage.

Is VendOp used for invoices and payments?

No. This does not replace any existing system or process you have with customers to issue invoices or get paid.

How much does it cost?

It’s free to manage your profile.

Once my profile is complete, what should I do next?

The more reviews your profile has, the more information potential customers will have about your business. Learn more about managing your profile.
